  1. @officiallyaninja https://wob.coppermind.net/events/406/#e13632 From march.
  2. What? Where did this come from? The only Ace rep we know of doesn't have any singer blood. And, Singers get to choose their form, which is pretty much the opposite of how it works for humans.
  3. @Anodortam is probably right. The rosharan speaker was described as speaking with an odd cadence (as if to a rhythm).
  4. No, I think trav was meaning to rebut this: By saying Gravity is a law of the universe that inherently unifies.
  5. Still waiting, but I preordered from left bank books.

  8. Relevant WoBs: Both from last year.
  9. There was the guy who was subpoenaed for the Muller report, and so the official documentation listed the items found in his home included Mistborn: The Final Empire on the coffee table.
  10. https://wob.coppermind.net/events/443/#e14300 So, in light of this, what Dawnshard would Hoid have held? See?
  11. It was somebody's forum name. If you track down the WoB, that user is now going by @Dalinar42
  12. I always thought it was based on Revenant; a ghost that comes back for revenge on the person who killed them.
  13. Could the whole "Dawnshards known to bind any creature voidish or mortal" quote mean Dawnshards will bind to a fused as readily as one bound to Rysn? Much like a spren bond?

  15. Hey @Wind, make sure to put spoilers in tags! Thanks!
  16. It is a British thing to have one cover artist for all of an author's books, regardless of series.
  17. So what you're saying is, the final might be Bastille v. Alcatraz?
  18. Questioner 1 [Warbreaker] ends on, you could totally write a second one. Is that in the works? Brandon Sanderson It is, but it's kind of a distant plan. It's kind of just more for fun. I wrote this-- I had already written Way of Kings, and I wrote this as a prequel to Way of Kings on a different world, and then it got published before Way of Kings got published. But the characters from this were already continuity in Way of Kings, so I just kept using them, because I figured it works out. Really, Warbreaker, I see it as Vasher's (and Nightblood, the sequel), the prequel, to where he came from, who was Kaladin's swordmaster in the first version of Way of Kings back when Kaladin was training to be a Shardbearer in the first book. Vasher was a major part of that, and Warbreaker was a flashback to where he'd come from. Questioner 2 Vasher is Zahel, right? Brandon Sanderson Yes, Vasher is Zahel from The Stormlight Archive. Who is still kind of the swordmaster, but he's no longer Kaladin's, it didn't work out that way. But he ends up as Renarin's instead. The Great American Read: Other Worlds with Brandon Sanderson (Oct. 25, 2018)
  19. A mercenary I killed in AC Odyssey.
  20. Yup. And the preferred term for something non-food like this is "cruelty free," not vegan.
