Based on what I remember, the head position on the third version is rather close to the mockup version. That was my biggest issue with version #2.

He did the second and third versions two months ago or so, within two weeks of each other.

Way of Kings came out in August 2010. Words of Radiance comes out in March 2014. Brandon thinks that is far too long a gap and he has no intention of ever doing that to his readers again (*cough* except for with Alcatraz *cough*), but it was unavoidable with the Wheel of Time in there. However, the gap seems not to have actually been a problem this time. If anything, anticipation has been building. Of course that meant that book 2 had to be incredibly awesome to live up to the expectation. Which I believe it will.

Bryce Moore (author of Vodník) was in the writing group, and he was writing a book about alpacas called Cavern of Babel.

Brandon didn't say that he is finished with the book. But the draft for copyediting will be finished by December 6th.

There is a translation error in the German version that sometimes causes confusion on this issue.

Way of Kings was Brandon's best solo adult hardcover launch. And the hardcover version has actually sold better so far in 2013 than it did in the whole year of 2012. Which is a very good sign that Words of Radiance is going to sell even better than Kings did on its launch. Whether it hits #1 is going to depend a lot on the competition in the week it gets released. It's not going to sell as well as a Wheel of Time book or The Wise Man's Fear, and definitely not A Dance with Dragons.

They may not even let people get personalizations. This venue is far from ideal for a Brandon signing.

Way of Kings and Mistborn would both make great animes. Most of you know that I used to work for TOKYOPOP, so I am biased toward Japanese media.

OK, I talked to Brandon about the chart. He says that in the typical chaos of a signing, he didn't notice that the circles that were being pointed to sometimes weren't the ones he thought they were. Anyway here is what I have to say about the chart: Gravity and Pressure should be switched. The "surface tension" one should be switched with the unrevealed one next to it. Also, the in-world names for many of the Surges haven't yet been canonically revealed and may not ultimately match what's here. For example, where it says light, on my chart I have Illumination. The names of the Heralds are also a hodgepodge. Some of them are the ancient name, some are the Vorin name, and some are just the name of the number that corresponds to that Herald.

So how do I find the Tumblr fandom? I went to Tumblr and searched for various cosmere terms, but the search results were only pictures.

Only after I clarify it with Brandon. Which won't happen today or tomorrow for sure.

Brandon could also have changed his mind in the last 3.5 years about some things. Nothing is canon for sure until it appears in the books, and even then there can be mistakes.
