    As far as they are concerned, they are following the rules of their natures. However, this occasionally leads to their resident Shardworld experiencing increased entropy as a result of their actions. You can argue that, as far as they are concerned, the Shards break no laws. But that's not how justice works. If you follow laws that only apply to you, you're not truly following the laws. Also, Szeth was bound by the laws governing Truthless.

    We are this crazy all the time, but we usually keep the fights off the introduction posts.

    Here's my situation: Two years ago, I met a girl in my chemistry class. After spending some time with her, I discovered she was a nerd (in a good way, I'm a nerd too) and eventually formed a crush. That year, that's as far as it went. During that year, however, I had been trying to help her come out of her shell. Not outgoing necessarily, as I myself am an introvert and respect that she was too, but trying to help her be able to effectively work in the world. Keep in mind that I only really knew her from chemistry class. Anyway, the next year, I discovered that she had changed schools in order to get one that better met her needs. Long story short, we met again at a big event and we started e-mailing for a few months, and then she stopped replying. I haven't been able to make contact since. Not only that, but I will be moving in the next few months, so I won't be in the same area as her. I have no idea what to do from here.

    While that's true, some Intents are chaotic and disorderly by nature.Also, the Shards have some volition. Odium doesn't have to go around destroying Shards, he just does.

    We know Vin was extraordinarily good with the metals, most obviously when she jumped around like a grasshopper when she was burning pewter. She had duralumin or the mists other times. So, why was she so strong? She wasn't as strong as a savant, not at the level of a Lerasium Mistborn, just...powerful. Why?

    This is reminding me of the "One" religion in SA. Ym followed it. It basically states that God split himself into everyone (Shards, Splinters, and people) in order for God to experience life, and when they done, they go back to the One. Perhaps Adonalsium Shattered because he allowed himself to be. Perhaps Adonalsium still lives.

    So, awesome story. I discovered my English Teacher is a Sanderfan. As far as I can tell, he isn't on the Shard. Anyway, we're reading Hamlet in class, and yesterday we read the part where almost everyone dies. As I left the room, I told my teacher, "It's like some kind of homicidal hat trick." He gave me a weird look. "You stole that." I gave a big grin. "Yes I did." and left the room. This was not, by the way, when I discovered he was a Sanderfan. That happened a while ago with a joke about copperminds (I forgot the joke.)
