Perhaps Sanderson could swear one of his obsessive fans to an oath of secrecy, tell them what Wax's and Wayne's are, tell them the rules for the effects, and let them go. On a side note, this question also leads into the question of what the Surgebinding effect is. From the theories I've seen, either the effect is something interesting that happens when the two magics are combined, (i.e. Windrunners able to do Reverse Lashings, giving an object a gravitational pull) or it is an effect on their abilities as a person. For example, I have a pet theory that Wayne's effect is his ability to imitate voices.

For Kelsier, the first song that comes to mind is the Disney song 'A Whole New World'. It basically sums up Kelsier and Vin's relationship.

How would one go about torturing a Kandra, especially one with the Blessing of Potency like OreSeur? I understand that they can feel pain, but would TenSoon have the equipment necessary to do that?

Perhaps atium-bendalloy could let you travel into the past, while atium-cadmium would send you to the future. This could make a sci-fi novel out of Mistborn, but I like the concept.

Okay, I'll just do them in relevant chunks as well as using appropriate spoiler tags. Edit: ADD moment, does anybody else think it's weird you can report on your own posts?

As an amateur programmer I recognize some of the difficulties of making an app, so I guess this makes sense. If I knew how to program apps, I would readily accept the challenge, but I don't currently have that capability.

So, there is no 17th Shard app on the App Store. I would like to petition for such an addition (accidental rhyme), and would like other opinions on the topic. I honestly don't know how hard this would be, but I would like this to be a thing.

I may have overpowered this guy. I don't really care, I put a lot of thought into this. ( I can get really bored) Meteor-kinesics: I would have control of the weather, specifically making any kind of storm (except highstorms, I'm not going there) Anyway, this would allow me to fly, as I could control wind. Oh, and if I could get the power to create lightning from my hands, awesome. (Changing the lightning's color would be doubly cool.) Bottomless Pockets: I would be able to create wormholes between any two dark spaces, preferably enclosed. Thus, I would wear a cloak, and whip out weapons and other things from the robe (storing them in secret caches, of course) The cloak could also serve to allow me to simply pull up the hood, and teleport to somewhere else, though I would prefer simply disappearing down a dark alley. Forcefields: These aren't normal forcefields. I could get really technical with this, but basically, ten seconds after the forcefield is damaged, it gets stronger proportional to the damage done in the first second, then the second, and so on until ten seconds after the attack stops. However, the larger the field grows, the weaker it is, and if it gets shattered by too much force at once, then I have to start over. There are some formulas I could put together for this. I will abstain for now. For the outfit, I would wear a suit of metal armor all over, but thin and light enough for me to easily move around, since it's mainly ornamental. The robe would be blue with bright, almost neon green ( go onto Paint and set the green to 255, and Red and Blue to zero. That's the color.) I would likely have a bunch of lightning-powered weapons, like a quarterstaff or spear, sword, etc. If I couldn't get lightning shooting out of my hands to power this, I would just make tech that did the same thing. And now for the name. I thought of this Epic before I made my 17S account, and chose the name of my account to match my Epic's name. Yeah, my Epic's name is Stormgate. I also use it as my character's names me on RPGs, since Stormgate is usually never taken. Oh yeah, what would set me off... I honestly don't know. I don't often get angry, so I don't have enough experience with it to figure out how I get ticked off. As an older sibling, probably the continuation of an annoying activity after a request for it to cease.

My chalklings would be pathetic recreations of anything resembling something real.

Maybe he partially bonded the Shadowblaze, and the next book will be, in part, about him fully bonding it.

The talent to get lost in a crowd. If there there are ten or more people in a 20-foot radius of me, I cannot be found until the number of people drops to one. Is, of course, subject to change. It would be very useful in chase scenes. Simply run into a group of people, and I can't be found. Even if they are all Librarians looking for me. If I'm surrounded, it works even better.

No, it takes a while to get used to such things. It took me three years, and I still haven't completely gotten used to the experience.

So... I have amassed an army of memes (over 20) all made by me. Should I post them all at once, or should I split them up into relevant chunks?

For the record, Aiden was autistic. This was somehow healed with Elantris, but I don't claim to know exactly how.

Not to highstorm on your parade (forgive me for my puns) but perhaps Syl is the only spren we see playing pranks on people is because only Syl gets enough screen time to show her pranks.
