This WoB was in some strange way Misunderstood by the sharder....Peter read a topic and ask explaination to Brandon. The Man said He remembered the WoB and answered "No"

ok this update is really spicy...We have to completely re-think to all we know about Perpendicularities and worldhopping. Now the presence of people for minor Shardworld (like Therenody) became a really oddity fact as also some theories about therenody at all

They may discover of the planet without live in a System with mundane way....Placing themself in a reachable system "near" the one they want to explore and use whatever the mankind used for centuries...the Astronomy. They may also obtain information from the Cognitive of the inhabited ones for example: You go on First of the sun's cognitive (and probably the other avaliable planets) and began to research in the city/library of that planet some star charts or astronomical references....You taking all these data and merging togheter their informations, your direct Cognitive Informations and your knowledge of Realmatic...You may extrapolate a lot.

Actually I will be really disappointed if there are more than 5 Oaths....The references of the past are pretty clear about and we already saw complete Radiant from Dalinar's Visions. I don't want to see this kind of twist and much more, I don't think more Oaths would mean more powers....the Radiants have (with little control) all their powers from their firsts Oaths. They just become skilled and efficient in their use Anyway returning to the "numbers" to me seems that it's more "a shardworld number" than "a shard number"...for example on Scadrial all the Metallic Arts are builded around the 16 not only the Preservatio- fueled

The Lord Ruler is the smartest person in the history of Scadrial *spoilers*
Yata replied to Revan Kholin's topic in Mistborn
Actually make Koloss and Inquisitors are not a really stupid move from TLR's PoV....Ruin can't overcome TLR's control on them while is still imprisoned From Rashek's PoV his death is quite impossible and in the case Scadrial was condamend, Inquisitors or not. -
I have to re-check it but are you sure Szeth didn't lashed "something" that then hitted Adonlin and made him fly ?

when Raoden is in the pool a voice give him the choice to stop the pain (probably some kind of Aona's Shadow or peculiar Splinter). Probably the voice's owner made the Reod dissolve when they choose freedom from the pain. I think that an entity with a Shardpool's power at his/her disposal may do quite "whatever he/she wants"

Lerasium Allomantic Effect is "Rewrite your spiritweb" as default effect (without any specific istruction) it simply rewrites your Connection to Preservation Stronger and as side effect it turn you into a Mistborn. If an Allomancer burns Lerasium (again without specific istructions) the Lerasium would simply stack more Allomantic Strenght to the burner (for example we have a WoB that said "if Vin would burn a Lerasium bead, She will become an Allomancer stronger than Elend") EDIT to add the Wob

Ruin isn't actually "evil" maybe Ati was a good, nice and fatalistic person or He simply passed a really bad time (like Sazed) or also "others of the 16" were more Connected with things like kindness,ecc...But anyway you have right, It's just a theory of mine, I may be horrible wrong. about the ambient investiture, my question wasn't a critic...I was just thinking about the semanthics of the things. For example: If we have a chunk of Investiture, Shard-comparable made of Pre-Shattering investiture.... can we call it "ambient investiture" or we have to use another term ? But now I will stop this kind of thoughts, I am going off topic...sorry

Maybe Frost in his early day lived a dangerous life (well he knowed 16 people who killed a God) and now He lives a tranquille life...this for someone with an infinite lifespan mean that now he is "quite immortal"

How Splintering Works (Half-Baked Theory)
Yata replied to cometaryorbit's topic in Cosmere Discussion
I would like this idea, but do we actually have already a counter proof ? Preservation become weaker than Ruin for his extra Investimen in Human's Souls -
I may just tell you my idea about this therefore it's not something from the books...The Original Vessels used each a concept they was strongly Connected (maybe was a Willing act, maybe automatic based on their own Spirit-web) to Pull out from Adonalsium shards of his power (this may be the cause of Adonalsium death, or maybe they did it post-mortem but I think post-mortem) and the power they removed (the Shards) become merged with those Spiritual concepts.....Again it's only my idea of the reason without any kind of canonic source about. For a while I toyed with the idea of a great amount of Investiture lefted on Roshar by Adonalsium in his old times to make the whole weird ecosystem works...The "Spren generation" on Roshar would happen because the bound between Physical and Cognitive is weaker and the Mind may affect more easy the residue of Ambient Investiture (one day I have to write down completely my Roshar-Theory...but now I have no time). Anyway if I have right and on Roshar there is an huge amount of Investiture pre-shattering....May we still call it "ambient Investiture remaining" ?

Ruin was slowly Splintering Preservation. If Kelsier didn't pick up the Shard. Kelsier helped allowing the Shard to remain whole (as a counter example, I don't think nothing of really catastrophic would happened if Sazed at the end of the book chose to not become a god...well Scadrial was about to be destroyed but it's another problem). I think that simply a Splintered Shard's CAN'T be in the Spiritual....The Spiritual Realm is the place of perfection (many times we have reference of "in the spiritual there is a perfect version of everything") and a Splintered shard simply...doesn't fit there.

This made me think....What if "Trell" is the 4th dead shard, Odium may have killed him and still use his/her power for his own purpose without pick up the Shard ? This come from the idea that maybe in Europe (like here in Italy) Shadow of Self and Bands Of Mourning are not localizated yet -

Yes, but Syl is not a windspren (also if their apparence is quite the same), I wanted to know if an actual Windspren (and for extension "lesser spren") may use to certain extent a Surge. Yes the wording is different but is the "same question"....maybe your is more clear but I think it's better to add "feruchemical Charge" to avoid possible confusion or misunderstunding -

Some of the mine, they are not really in RAFO-zone: Question: Can a feruchemist redeply the Feruchemical charge of his Metalmind ? (this would allow us to know if it's possible to store/tap a specific attribute at the same time) Question: May a Misting hurt himself burning bad alloy/metal or wrong metal at all ? And He can sense other metals other his own at all? Question: the People of Roshar thinks Windspren tricks people with sticky objects together. Can they actually do it ? (as a Side question, "Therefore can they use Adesion Surge ?") -
The Intent have to be provided to make the Spike, then it's a Invested object who will function without any Intent and you have to remember that Ruin can provide the Intent to make a Spike if He wants. For example when Spook was Spiked the swordman didn't know anything about Hemalurgy....But Ruin managed to fix the path of the sword to hit the right bindpoint and provided the Intent to make a Spike.

Trell is Odium - The Sign of the "Red Eyes"
Yata replied to TheBlueShifting's topic in Cosmere Discussion
But the timeline doesn't fit in this way. The movement from Homeland to Hell is quite recent histoy (three generations) and Odium is bound on Roshar for at least 4500 years. Of course is possible (timeline speaking) that Odium would be free in the end of SA5, flee from Great Roshar System and become "the Evil" but for the Shades....we have a reference to them in a timeframe when Odium was still kept in Great Roshar (during the Hero of The Ages's years to be more clear). This mean that the Shades predate the Homeland's Evil PS: Those kind of timeline problems destroyed my own theory on "the Evil"- 70 replies

Yes Nightblood would be probably classificated as "anomalous" Endowment's Splinter, many time Mister Sanderson call it a "robot Spren" or something like a Frankenstein Spren

Maybe more like "Preservation switched the Misting's Metal and changed the way the Snapping works" as manipulation of his own Magic System
-
As far as we know "The Shardholder of Ruin can provide the Intent" but we don't if it's a privilege of his own and other shard may replicate it. I saw it as the "have a little control over the Magic he fuels" but actually I have no proofs

Actually we don't know...we never saw how powerful a Dakhor may be in homeland when they use their attive powers. Their anatomy is improved by magic and probably they are more powerful than humans also without Dor. Anyway, returning to the Dahkor's word...I always thought it was something like D(arkh)or...at the time I searched the world "arkh" and google traslator give him as "malicious". "Malicious Dor" was enough for me....but your monastery idea is interesting

The Theory is officially dead...We have the official confirmation of different solar systems for Scadrial and Therenody

This content page destroys some of my theories...I am a bit sad
