[All Spoilers] Brandon Can't Save Roshar as an Author
Yata replied to teknopathetic's topic in Cosmere Discussion
I am unsure if your logic may apply to this early stage of the Cosmere but I want to add something to the list. We have also see a planet when a Shard lives his infinite live without godly problems (nalthis and Endowment). We have actually some quote about "you will see all the major Shardworlds" ? -
Non-human Shard Vessels? [Arcanum Unbounded Spoilers]
Yata replied to Nebelskind's question in Cosmere Q&A
Someone think that Endowment's Vessel is a Dragon. This theory borns from a reference to dragons in Nalthis's mithology (and Brandon confirmed that dragons are part of Nalthis's mithology). But we don't actually know if Endowment is a dragon, the reference may be older than the Shattering or come with worldhopper.- 7 replies

I like the idea, to be honest I thought it was already a rule of the forum. it would really made the "find a Wob" simplier. Example: There is a doubt, who periodically arise in the topics, we have a WoB who resolve the doubt (and we have it from an year at least) but it's not on theoryland. Therefore everytime I have to check on Reddit (or quote my past self) to find it. Anyway I have a doubt, in the case of WoB not from events (book's personalization, Reddit post, Twitter's reply, ecc.....), where is the "rightful first place to post it" ?

Maybe there is a less "magical" reason to Taldain's inaccessibility. The Perpendicularity may be reclamed from a local organization/group and well guarded...whatever emerge from there is killed. Or also maybe the Perpendicularity is "sealed", and yes I talk about a big object placed in the perpendicularity to avoid everyone from made a transition

Maybe you have right, I simply thought that with Elantrian, Dahkor, Chay-Shaw pratictioner, Forgers, Bloodsealer and all the other regional magics we don't know....It's a great number of magic users

Actually Bleeder is the main (but not only) theory the Comunity developed for the Ones Above's identity. There is also another little clue (indeed it simply suggest a possibiilty) that may point to them. I will put in under spoiler tag:

@Argent this is indeed possible, maybe they didn't Ascends because the power is less or because they divided it between 10 hosts...The only thing that bother me is, the Desolations were decided when one of the Heralds broke under torture (therefore there is no "standard timeframe"), how is it possible that the Power (who may be a Perpendicularity or another Vault of Investiture somewhere) is always "avaliable" to them ? PS: I have to be honest, I had my own views about Roshar, its ecology and its magic....therefore I am not strictly fair in judging idea that may go aganist mine

The Formless one have to aggressively resist the Stormspren's bonding in the Everstorm but probably the one with another form (for example the ones who runned away from Eshonai) have to be willing to accept the Stormform
-
@ZenBossanova may I ask you where in the Arcanum it's suggested the spoiler part ? Because I don't remember nothing like that. About the "Shard have to be in the Sun because the Light is invested". It's a false argument, if may be true or false. But Light may be Invested also if Autonomy is Invested in Taldain itself

I may understand your point, but for example on Sel they have access to more raw power than the one a Scadrial or Roshar's Magic User may access...Maybe it's a question for mister Sanderson when the day will come.
-
I am unsure this is possible also with the original Awakener...Nightblood now is a being, it's no more "1000 Breath" is an actual being and you can't retrive Breath from others (like you can't retrive the Breath from a Lifeless)...The Breaths are their now, I don't actually now if there are still "1000 Breath" or something similar (but twisted) to a Divine Breath in Nightblood.
-
As @Djarskublar said. Just the rope will have the right amount of Breath to performe its Command, if you ruins its form it will became soon without the right number of Breath to performe its task with an alterated/damaged form

We know that Rashek didn't made the Lerasium, "He have to find them after his Ascension"...But actually we don't know if the Lerasium was made by Leras himself or another Hero (for a theory of mine I think the second, but It's not relevant here)

theory The Red Eyed Immortals on Scadrial
Yata replied to VirtuousTraveller's topic in Cosmere Discussion
The Evil may be a group or an being pretty physical who did thinghs on Therenody for his own agenda with or without connection with the Adonalsium's opposition (it may be also the Ire who think that a Shadow od Therenody manage to ruin their plan and wanted revenge) PS: Remember that the famous WoB about the "force aganist Adonalsium" may refer also at the 16 Vessels who killed him. -
My english may be rusty but when she talk of: Does She refer to the Metallic Arts or to the periodic Ascensions ? Because if she talks about Ascensions...what on Roshar may be comparable ?

Trell is Odium - The Sign of the "Red Eyes"
Yata replied to TheBlueShifting's topic in Cosmere Discussion
@Ari yes you are right in your interpretation. I simply didn't call it Bavadinium to not create a new uncanon name, because for example we have no proofs Bavadin is still the Autonomy's vessel (new vessel or splintered shard....the naming based on the Vessel is nice but may be a bit confused).- 70 replies

She may have some indirect report of Yolen. At a certain moment in the Cosmere's timeline. She surelly didn't see Yolen with her eyes...We need to know, when this essay was written

This made a question: If someone who Ascend with the Well didn't use the power or release it. Will he/she be able to keep it for a long time and expend it in a long periodo of time ?

But Savarnorn for the Nahel Bond mechanics, this would be really weird. (to avoid confusion I would call "Stormfather" the actual Stormfather, and "rider of the Storm" his old incarnation before the merging with Honor's Shadow) For a moment forget the Stormfather as we know it. He is both a Spren and a Mind of someone. This allow him to remain sensient on the Physical realm without a Bond. Rider of the Storm and the others Bondsmith's spren would no have this feature and they will need a partner to retain their Mind. The bond it's really an intruisive mechanics from the Spren's PoV....I don't think you may "grow in multiple Spirit-Web at once"
-
I am not so sure, the Forged-Spirit Web is sustained by the Dor...Maybe it would revert to his previous state once it's no more connected with the Seal He will probably need at least to snap, but I am unsure about the cloning in the cosmere. well at least Feruchemy and Awakening are genetics (also if the Awakening's genes are in the entire Nalthis popolation) We see only 4 types of Hemalurgy constructs but probably there are quite infinite possible kinds.

But we know that Hoid was born like everyone else and he was originally Human. Now is something different in the same way that Humans deeply twisted by Investiture are no more properly Humans
