Again, the fact he uses Hemalurgy on himself isn't a proved fact. On another note, It's possible Rashek could impact on Listeners' control. I am unsure if the backdoor the Voidspren take with them is Odium's specific or could be used by someone else.

And the new Blade's owner needs to be another joung Veden like himself. Honestly I think there are too many "if" to make this thing works. Also the fact he never showed up to keep his father in check

I don't think the Soulcasting working in similar way of Forgery and neither of them seem to linked with Feruchemical Connection

I saw too little of her for judge...Of course instead Rysn's plant has a special place in my heart
-
As far as I remember the only confirmed Interlude is a Rysn's one...Of course there will be others but I think it's the only one confirmed

Possession in the Cosmere required to pierce the subject'soul deeply. This is beyond the standard cracks your soul could generate alone...this is true also with a backdoor in someone's soul. The only way the possession could work is with faulty/incomplete souls (like the Listeners. With them you could set the right backdoor. Notice that also in this case, It's not a true possession bit only a strong influence). Notice also that a CS Will Simply lose aganist the right subject'soul for the Connections they shared with the body and thanks to the Investiture's interference. About the scene of Taln's return. He appear from nothing covered in the same way a Blade appears. He is also without Stormlight's sources therefore "Healing" body to match Taln's One is really unlikely.

Nothing suggests the Honorblades could change shape. I think It's a Sprenblade's feature dictates by the living and Sapient entity the Spren is.

The possession in the Cosmere is not so Easy. Much more the simple Taln's return is aganist this idea.

I think He refers to the others Cryptics Shallan saw. They were there to Spy Mr. T but when a former Lightweaver arrived. They took interesting in her. Hoping to create a chance to restore Pattern

I don't want to say something on your idea of a Wayne's future as worldhopper (it could be after all) Simply that character in the novella can't be Wayne as Wayne wasn't even born at that time.

Also if you have right (and I don't think it's the case as there were Malatium Misting), you can't find someone who doesn't even know to have a power. Neither Ruin could find Durallumin Misting as they never burns (of course) their metal. Then you have at least other two problems: - Atium's mistings were possible for Preservation's Manipolation of Allomancy...It's not something that happen naturally, I really doubt Sazed kept this. - With your idea Bleeder was actually burning and wasting Atium (if she could have some of it) for a thing like that. Quite a no sense

I don't think your idea is really valid. The "Spike's comunication" (that in the end I think it's more "Comunication with people with an exposed soul") can't be a weird propriety of the Atium-Brass Spike as Bleeded didn't have one. Instead if you are proposing that Allomantic Atium-Brass's power is this "Comunication" tha thing is really really doubtful as Bleeder would need to kill a Mistborn to get this ability (and on another note I think She uses another power in the scene a bit after the comunication)

I think the question and answer is more complex than se could think and It very very magic system depending. For the magic systems with a genetic component. I think the possibility of magic users will remain also After the Shard leaves (this in theory because usually the Shard leaves pieces of himself into the peoole's soul so technically speaking if the Shard disinvest...the people would not have this seed anymore). But in the standard case, I think the magic system Will Simply be' removed once a Shard disinvest from a Planet. The fact It is hard for a Shard to disinvest ad he have to recover the main part of his Investiture.

The problem is again that Harmony didn't know the Spike's metal and this is really really strange if the Spike was made as part of his own power. But if we considerate Harmony as a liar (possible but unlikely in this context), it remains the problem of Harmony as unable to detect a Spike fueled by his own power.

Honestly I disagree, the Allomantic Strenght isn't relate to the Snapping method. If this would be the case, almost all the Allomancers (Savant and Hemalurgy gifted excluded) will have the same Strenght while we see this as untrue....Also among the MistSnapped (a stronger and more invasive Snapping) the resulted Allomancers aren't more powerful than the standard ones. On another note, Brandon explained how Realmatic speaking the Snapping works. There are an extra bit of Preservation in Scadrian's Souls trapped between the two "pairly sets" of Ruin and Preservation's Investiture. When the Soul cracks, this "extra bit" is released and it could develop the Allomantic power.

Another point to considerate is also their status. As Cognitive Shadows their Mind could act different rather than a true living being. Many time the CS are compared to Spren, something like "Humanspren". It's possible their are Influenced by many factors rather their own mental illness alone. They are still under the Oathpact regard what they think, they maybe recive a bad feed when Honor died and Odium could still try to influence them (I think at this point they are quite well Connected with him) to worse their situation. We know Cognitive Entities are influencable by collettive mindsets. It's possible the Heralds are struck between the Roshar's view of them and their own being (like two voice in your head that try to make you two different persona). This for the magical side. Returning to the mundane, for some of them Will be painful also see other Heralds suffering. Both as a monito and for pure empaty. I honestly think Jezrien has an hard time to know her daugher was in an endless pain and now in a self destruction attitude. Maybe the Shalash's art destruction is Simply a way to hurt herself... something She really can't do because She will return into Damnation upon suicide.

So do you think a Desolation start at the first "right alignment" after one of the Heralds broke under torture ? It's a bit too complex, but I can't think to some counterproof. Maybe I have to check if Taln's return or the Everstorm's summon happens while the moons were in peculiar positions

sh spoilers Khriss's **sh spoiler** is from Sel
Yata replied to Farnsworth's topic in Cosmere Discussion
I read White Sand just yesterday so It's fresh in my mind. Khriss explicity says the guns is a technology developed on Darkside in the last century. So we know Taldain could offer guns at White Sand's timeframe (really early in the published works' timeline) -
The Snapping was always emotional, simply an intense physical pain was a pratical way to obtain the emotional feed they need. To be honest a guy could Snap also for positive emotions also if this case is really really rare, probably because it's really difficoult to reach an extreme level of happyness

Yeah, luckly I didn't say something too spoilish. Anyway the Iridescent Tones knows a way for a Returned to reproduce, but they don't know if it's the same method Vo used. The fact they don't decide to simply use it, makes me think there are some risks with it and they will never put the God King at risk

This is funny because Link XD

Nale has a reaction there and probably He will stop to do that specific thing as It's useless. But this doesn't change him. He would still be the ultimate Law incarnate. Someone Who could kill a child for a minor crime if the law tell him to do It. Their Minds work in a twisted way but they are not generally idiots (also if maybe some of them are)

what happens if an hemalurgic spike does not kill you
Yata replied to king of nowhere's topic in Mistborn
I don't understand the Medallion's part. Could you expand It? -
Actually It's not the case, Honorblade's Stormlight Healing can't heal the Soul, It's something indipendent by Szeth's believe. There is a WoB about, as Soon as I find It I will post it here. We don't know the proper reason or if is something limitated to random Honorblade's holders and if the Heralds could actually gain that ability with an Honorblade
