I link the Highstorm's Investiture strench the boundary between Realms and make Spren visibile when they try to extend in the physical. So Shinovar without be periodically hit by an Highstorm has It's boundary stable enough. So there are spren like in any other Place by they are unseen. This could change with the eternal storm

There is something preventing him to take a couple of Step and Soulcast a bead slightly beyond his reach in the physical ? If I don't remember wrong Shallan too were able to "feel" the near beads and their counterpart. So at least in theory It's not really beyond the possibilities. Maybe the Elsecallers are more free to move between the Realms to this purpose...But the contactless Soulcast (at least at close range) seems to be something possible to Lightweaver too

Wait you are mixing things together. Shallan was bonded with Pattern from very young. But She were an High level Radiant ad child. At least to the actual Kaladin's level (well now She is Beyond Kal as a Radiant). Shallan suppressed her own memories about Pattern of her own Radiancy Returning to Kaladin, I really doubt Syl was bonded to a child Kal, First of all we saw Kal feel the Thrill as a child, something stopped by the Nahel Bond. We also know that Kal suffers of depression (not only for Tieni, Kal is genetic open to Depression). Lastly Kal as child ad nothing of the mindset to attract an Honorspren.

This kind of Hypotetical Metalmind Will be both complex to make and deeply useless. So the question is: What is a "right Nicrosolmind"? A regular Nicrosolmind is untappable without be a soulbearer. An unsealed One is tappable by everyone. Or my quite useless Hypotetical Nicrosolmind. ?

F-alluminium allow you to bypass the Identity but you don't gain the Power to tap metal you could not tap normaly. Just think about, It's exactly the difference between unkeyed Metalminds and unsealed metalminds. They are not the same as BoM showed us. But the One you used (Memory, Squire's Strenght and guilty sense) are Resonances, little extra you gain from the Powers mixing...In this case the Surges. Everyone with the right pair of Surge Will gain the same class Resonance, regardles of the Method from he gains the powers (hemalurgy, Honorblade,.....). He refers simply to Renarin could have enough Soul crack to allow an external Force to influence to a certain degree. I think this requires a convoluted explaination before rejecting that possibility. We know Renarin has some Soul crack, It's a requirement to become a Radiant after all. But those cracks are already filled by his Spren. He has a "defense" aganist this kind of attack in another level compared to someone in his situation but without a Nahel Bond. Of course I don't think his cracks will be enough to start with. This Hypotetical influence is too strong in him to be Simply the result of natural Soul cracks and much more a specific cognitive Attack to him would be detected with so many Cognitive entities around. Notice also how Roshar is affected by a mass emotional manipulation by some Unmades (the Thrill) and the Radiants are protected by their bond and of course the Thrill is not something so specific. The only way for Renarin to be manipulate for an external Force to that extent is if his Spren itself acts ad backdoor from something (like the Stormspren with the Listeners), without that this is impossible. Some time ago I made a theory about Truthwatcher's visions, but I can't even be sure my idea is pratically possible

Ambition wasn't Splintered in Therenody's system as far as we know. Ambition and Odium fought in Therenody too but where the last blow happened It's unkwon. PS: notice that Sel's sun is Yellow and there two Shards died

Nightblood could eat Investiture also if unheld but again I think you are overstimating how much Nightblood could eat...There is a limit on the amount of Investiture an object could contain.

As far as we could extrapolate from the text. There is a single Perpendicularity as a result of a specific Shard investiment into a specific Shardworld. This mean in a Planet with n stable Shards. You will find n Perpendicularities. One for every Shard. This don't remove the possibility for other Perpendicularities to be there, High concentration of Investiture could bent and spikes the Realms but they are not at the level of a Shardpool Perpendicularity (for example the First of the Sun's One) Some weirdness could happen but mostly this is the mechanism to me. Harmony's case is weird because depending of the merging state of R&P he could have one Harmony's Perpendicularity or a couple of R&P's Perpendicularities.

Nale for sure knows the right Skybreaker's values. So he could manage to teach them to compatibile people. We could say that with him as guide/mentor someone has an improved chance to become and to grow as Skybreaker (he could teach to other orders too I assume, at least as source of Information). But to gave or not the power itself is Spren's choice.

Like Spool and other said. For the things we know for now about the Resonance. Probably the extra power could be exploit to use a Surge in a way someone else can't. But It's not something builded in the Surge itself. For example (I think I already wrote this example): The Progression Surge requires a good mental Image of the Illusion to make. A Lightweaver with his Memory could provide this mental Image with an effort different from someone Who has no Memory. Maybe a Truthwatcher Need time to build and refine his Illusion...I Imagine we will discovery this Soon. But this don't change the actual Illumination effect or rules. It's possible there are resonance that affect directly the Surges...But It's not the the default way they work.
