I think it was rumored there are two Origins; one to the East, for highstorms; another to the West, in the case where the Wandersail went to and possibly the intended origin for the Everstorm. It is uncertain exactly how H&C + the species that came with them traveled to Roshar, but it could be speculated that the Highstorm Origin might be Honour's Shardpool

It is a tricky one, as we don't know what the other 9 got up to post-aharietiam but it can be assumed they might of and any WoB regarding Herald ?nationality/ethnicity? has always been RAFO'd (at least the ones i've seen anyway) or Brandon always gives an Aes Sedai answer. My idea is the Heralds have done so but their involvement isn't obvious

I don't think it has actually been revealed/confirmed yet. There's a death rattle that was speculated to be from 'Taln' during his time on Braize/Damnation which states a harsh situation It could be like an induced Hallucination by Odium/Rayse or an actual physical act. If i remember rightly, I think the Prologue of WoK has Kalak say something about hooks/spikes so it might be something akin to torture on all three Realms maybe and they break if they succumb to it. I think it might be the opposite if that Death Rattle is correct but that might only just be one complex piece of it

In regards to Kaladin being made a Highprince, I find it unlikely unless it is a King's Order/Edict as there is a whole WoB on rising/falling in nahn/dahn on theory land (http://www.theoryland.com/intvsresults.php?kwt='roshar' number 43) although being a Radiant in itself is enough to grant a fair amount of rank/prestige. As for Amaram....possible but until we know more the secret Societies and their reach/influence, i'm not putting my money on anyone taking the seat yeta although I think Ialai may be able to act as a sort of stand-in until new one is chosen or unless she marries (or perhaps their son if they had any children)
