    Yeah, he probably forgot Tia was dead. After all, they always call Ops when everything goes south (and then David promptly ignores her decisions and pulls off something crazy, but still. They call her), and Tia normally has Ops.

    The Well was white though, and Ruin's Perpendicularity black. The Well is also tied to the magnetic poles. I believe the lool we are discussing is blue? Not sure.

    The traditional method of transformation was apparently to stand in the highstorm, attract the spren you want, and wait for "the moment" to come. The sphere method was reverse engineered from first hearing of the concept of spren trapping from Alethi artifabrians. More reliable, as you now don't have to try to attract a spren while camped out inside a massive, deadly storm cell and pull it off in a few minutes without getting the wrong one. Do it in advance then just wait for the time to come and smash it.

    SoS kind of remarked on this at the Village, but I imagine one day we will finally set out to rediscover the Terris Homeland. Maybe then we will know. Who knows what secrets were kept by a race of people who have borne supernatural powers for centuries, possibly millenia before the Ascension?

    But then,we run into issues with the sky . . . how does the neutral space connect? Also, necroposting is apparently allowed if you are contributing to the discussion. As long as you aren't, say, reviving a thread just to tell someone that they are wrong, then cite facts that were not known until 3 years after the incorrect pist to disprove them, or something along those lines, we will not think you're being annoying.

    Well, the 16 metals are paired. God metal alloys are a different matter and for all we know do completely bizarre things. They definitely exist though.

    So the setting is Invocation-verse rather than Calamity-verse? But the main characters are from somewhere else?

    Well with the cosmere age appears to be just this thing in your spiritual aspect, like strength and such, but it's a value counting up. And you're storing the negative. Atium is weird.

    Harmony has been corrupted for 300+ years and, while not often or to any great magnitude, still orchestrates clearly preservational or ruinous events. Leras!Preservation couldn't so much as stab someone no matter how hard he tried. I said "before it became a hopeless case". I'd imagine it grows stronger with time. Creation was in clear defiance of both of their intents, and since even Harmony has stopped doing it I personally doubt P&R could've done it again after Scadrial fell even if they wanted to. Especially since they are two different people with opposite views, not one person with two conflicting views to reconcile.

    Mistwraiths are a biologically different species, that can reshape their tissue. Even if you spike a human with blessings their body won't change much.

    Hmm . . . what of the lion turtles that created elemental benders in the first place. They themselves bend their own element as well as pure investiture somehow. SoS spoiler: Kandra also can't make or digest skeletons at all, they keep the bones. If it's just an approximation a sufficiently skill kandra can make the form without having digested the person.

    Well the Kredik Shaw logo has been on maps very frequently to denote the place. Plus, you know. The first part began with burning malatium. Then we got stuck in the well under Kredik Shaw. After that, he and Leras were doing things in the Lerasium part. Then Ruin talks during the journey in the Atium part. The Ire part is about the Ire, and the Harmonium part was about the leadup to the Final Ascension. They all fit to me.

    Logically speaking wouldn't stuff like breath or nutritional feruchemy function as permanent removal as well? I mean, they're physical, countable things, unlike more abstract storable concepts like strength, speed, age, etc. Memories are a countable thing aa well.
