Yeah, I didn't realize that was a tool, as I'd never made personal maps before. So I added the four points. I don't want to connect them with straight lines, because that gives the false impression that the bubble is a diamond, when in fact it's spherical. Also, after using a ruler to make sure my 9-mi lines were straight, those sparking highways make my points look crooked in comparison to each other. Edit: Mestiv, one option is to change the sharing options so that anyone with the link can edit it. We run the risk of a troll blowing through and ruining everything (since it seems to not track changes like other google documents/sheets/presentations), but it allows all member, including those without google accounts, to edit in their free time.

I was thinking just making four markers, North, South, East, and West. The hardest part is getting 9 miles as the crow flies, and not as the car drives. I also think that, should the other threads choose to jump in, we all use the same Map, and make each RP its own layer, just for consolidation.

The extended editions, originally a special set of DVDs, are now the default editions of the Blu-ray Releases, if I recall correctly. And I do not recall seeing Bombadill in them, though he literally adds nothing to the story other than an out for the group to take (and serves as a literary device for Tolkien, which I don't think we needed in the movies). That last bit is obviously my opinion, though.

Nicely done sir. If you'd like help with anything, I can always edit through my google account. PM me if you'd like to include me. Anyways, a couple things. First off, the Harrison Street Bridge is unmarked on google maps because it's a "one-way" bridge that funnels 34 traffic into Corvallis. It's partnered bridge, the Van Buren Street Bridge, funnels traffic out of Corvallis onto 34, heading towards Tangent. Here's the two bridges I'm taking about (I had to use a park nearby to get the map to zoom properly). So with that map, the Van Buren Street Bridge is the southern bridge, and the Harrison Street Bridge is the northern one. As far as homes for my characters, I never really thought about it, so you'd have to give me some time to consider it. Also keep in mind that your characters can live in the parts of Tangent and Albany that are engulfed by the bubble, as well as the town of Philomath, which is completely within the bubble.

I apologize for taking so long. I'm including Bubbles in my next post, only it's not Cheery!Bubbles, but rather Disturbed!Bubbles, and I'm having a bit of trouble getting into the right mindset. I promise to get it up soon though

I am officially picturing the Alethi Cosmopolitan magazine, complete with cover photos of women with finger-less gloves. -

But think of the children Kobold! We know she doesn't cover her safehand! -
My Results: I'm certainly not surprised one bit, I prefer single player games of the strategy, adventure, or role-play genres, and I do tend to clock way more time into a game than pretty much everyone else due to my tendencies of what this quiz called "Immersion", "Creativity", and "Achievement". I actually really like the breakdowns it offers below the chart on the results page, which were even more accurate than the overall chart. In terms of gaming, any kind of interaction with other players is considered "social". Be it playing locally with others in games like Mario Kart or Super Smash Bros., playing online multiplayer in shooters, or even competing for leaderboard standings. Unless you can play the modes you do offline, it is considered "social". Perhaps that's not the best word for it, though I do find myself agreeing with it, personally. So I wouldn't call the quiz skewed, it hit the nail right on the head.

Remember that Sel Shadesmar is incredibly dangerous.

Though I do think diseases and illnesses should be recognized as serious, I also think we should be able to make light of them. Otherwise they are just too grim, dark, and life ruining. Plus, giving characters disabilities makes them more interesting as they have to overcome the challenges involved. As far as making light of illnesses, here's my inspiration for the Cotard's Delusion character: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VNcOZx1C3-U

Is there any way to write their characters out? I'd be down to join, though I might need help getting my characters to have the appropriate strength. Who else has characters?

I like the idea of no ruler. We've got three towns with clear rulers. Let's, when we do populate Eugene, have another Portland, one that's open for whatever waves of new players we get down the road. I thought Astoria was going well, just slow.

It's been mentioned in the Questions of Old, but to my knowledge there's nothing planned for it yet.

She likely would, considering the description will match the gifted Epics from the Sports Fields. Plus it gives us more character interaction!

Right, though as Queen of Security she'd still need to respond in some fashion after getting word of the attack, even if the response isn't in person. Your post does alleviate some of the issue though, as the attack can have happened earlier, with local Security handling the after effects however you and Blackhoof feel they, logically, should. This way Buttercup could hear about it hours later, and everything not be set into EMERGENCY MODE.

Today was a day of new things in regards to Blaze and his eating habits. I tried both ranch dressing on a sandwich, and soft croutons. The ranch on my sandwich was...odd. I've never done that before, but ranch is delicious, so I thought why not, particularly since I had no other condiment to place on the sandwich. It was good. Tasted like ranch. The soft croutons on the other hand, felt right. I was actually able to skewer them with my fork, rather than do that weird shuffle as I try to get the crouton to mount the lettuce. So yeah. That's been the high point of my day. Lunch.
