  1. I'm a bit sorry for the obvious point, but... Kaladin? I mean, we don't really know what Szeth can do with Nightblood, but he's already lost once... Also, the following are assuming his previous skillset (Honorblade): - Susebron: I imagine the ability to Awaken all the things would just be too much for Szeth - A Decent Earthbender: Assuming that an Earthbender has the knowledge of how Stormlight is stored, they could just separate Szeth from his gems and use their then-superior mobility to batter him until he dies - Shadowcat (Kitty Pryde): I notice that the focus has been on someone who could kill Szeth, but if someone can consistently escape from him, he can't kill them. - Steel Compounder: Same sense as the previous assertion.
  2. Rishir (the one of the ten Silver Kingdoms which covered Herdaz)?
  3. The ability to better feel food for consistency while making it (dough, some soups, etc).
  4. Upvoted for these four. Also, welcome! The kilogram is actually based off of half the mass of a paperback copy of The Way of Kings, the paperback box set of the Mistborn trilogy, the paperback version of Steelheart, and the electrons for the Ebook version of The Emperor's Soul. EDIT: Changed this somewhat to be more accurate. Apparently, Amazon has weights for products.
  5. The Parshendi? The Herdazians themselves (they ARE pretty close to one another, after all)? Mourn's Vault? Northgrip?
  6. So, I was taking a look at the map of Roshar, and I happened to notice the names of the oceans. Do we have any WoB or even speculation about how literal the name "Steamwater Ocean" is? Also, is it safe to assume that the "Ocean of Origins" simply refers to Highstorms?
  7. Um... Closest to the Herdazians? Unkalaki? (I thought I read somewhere there was some relation through their Listener blood) Or, geographically, Jah Keved?
  8. If this weren't Sanderson originals, I'd say good, ol' Lews Therin Telamon. Hrathen?
  9. Had to look up the reference... Alendi's journal?
  10. This is interesting. I notice on the Coppermind Chronology that the events of Warbreaker are wedged between those of WoA and those of AoL. Obviously, if that's true it places far more stress on this theory, but is that chronological placement verified or is it just speculation?
  11. Patji not killing Dusk? Smedry Talents?
  12. Preservation trying to kill Elend.
  13. Adonalsium? EDIT: Or the Cosmere?
  14. Is that the clue, or just an utterance of achievement?
  15. Tanavast? Um... Vin?
  16. Mr. T? Elend? (Though I don't recall him ever not succeeding at killing someone...)
  17. Shallan (in regards to Jasnah (or her father))?
  18. Calm down, Phattemer. Other people ARE playing. Marsh? Or maybe Sazed?
  19. I think maybe Phattemer means Aleksiel?
  20. Is it the "Inner Sanctum" room at the end of Firstborn?
  21. The Vanishers' Aluminum guns? The cigar box Wax finds? ("sine" = without, "cere" = wax)
  22. Oh. That is a brilliant connection.
  23. This is what I meant, Aleksiel.
  24. I haven't come up with anything new yet, but I was under the impression Paragrin meant I was on the right track with the Latin pun, not the metals. Along those lines, is it a unique object, or something generic (like, for example, the metals we've been guessing)? EDIT: Wait, is it the Terris prophecy?
  25. Malatium? Electrum? (Both based on "sin" = "without" and "seer".)
