Your 'Most perfect scene' from a book you've read
Shaggai replied to Shardlet's topic in General Discussion
Non-Sanderson: Harry Dresden has... well, a lot of these. I'm going to pick two. As for Sanderson... Sazed's ascension, I think. -

What would it take for Harmony to intervene directly?
Shaggai replied to king of nowhere's topic in Mistborn
Nuclear war, probably. It's so much Ruin that he would probably have to intervene in order to preserve Harmony. World war... well, maybe. It depends on what scale. The one certainty is attack by another Shard. As per the aforementioned WoB. -
WoB for the Expanses?

I'm not sure that Renarin snark would be a good idea. We've already got Kaladin, and Shallan, and Hoid in a position that requires him to be extremely snarky. If we added Renarin to that mix, Roshar might be obliterated in a gigantic firestorm of snark.
-
Hoid? Actually, Jasnah wasn't specifically looking for him. Adolin? You never said that the reason for the search was scholarly. Does that even count as a search, though?

Ah, okay. I couldn't distinguish between the response to me and to bridgerald.

I would expect that they can't. They can't even impersonate hair or fur, so I wouldn't think they could impersonate inanimate objects.

That was what I was saying, about the Mistborn.

They preferred not to use Mistborn for spikes, but they would do it when necessary. This mostly happened to Marsh, because he was Ruin's champion and they wanted him to be as OP as they could get no matter what the cost.

When you follow the most logical line of reasoning, the most likely ships for Kaladin are Axies and the Spanish Inquisition.

Which Radiant wielding an Honorblade would you like to see
Shaggai replied to Gyth's topic in Stormlight Archive
In the books there's certainly the possibility that we might get an Elsecaller with the Windrunner Honorblade, if Jasnah comes back to the rest of the Kholins. No ranged Division, but Adhesion is atmospheric pressure. There's no way it's limited to just the Full Lashing, so it could probably result in the ability to blow things up at a distance. Get Jasnah to go into the middle of a highstorm wielding the Honorblade and you've now got an Elsecaller/Windrunner with practically unlimited Stormlight. -

It's not actually possible to navigate by the sun and stars. The Librarians lied to you about that. -
Which Radiant wielding an Honorblade would you like to see
Shaggai replied to Gyth's topic in Stormlight Archive
Well, he does have Gravitation. He could probably fly around the planet at enough speed to stay continuously within the Highstorm. He wouldn't need to be afraid of having anything run into him - with Division and Transportation, not to mention Nightblood, he could disintegrate all the debris that appeared to be heading towards him. -

Skybreaker Szeth with Nightblood and the Elsecaller Honorblade. He would basically be unstoppable. -
Theory: KR Destroyed Stormseat – Cause of Recreance
Shaggai replied to Confused's topic in Stormlight Archive
True. I guess the Recreance wasn't during Aharietam. But one of the epigraphs in WoR says "As the fighting was particularly intense at the time, many attributed this act to a sense of inherent betrayal." What would the Radiants have been fighting at that point? -
I was going to say "The Stick", and then I thought "No, that's too obvious. Delightful is an intelligent person and wouldn't do that". I'm disappointed in you now. Silimatics. All of silimatics. Especially the silimatic motors.

We know that Jasnah's name is pronounced "Yasnah", so a y or i would probably be better. I've been doing some looking through the Wikipedia articles around ancient Mesopotamian religion and suchlike, but I haven't found anything close. The deities with names starting with "S" that I've found are Shalim, Shachar, Shamayim, Shemesh/Shamash, Sennacherib, Sin (Shinu), and Semiramis. Of course, most of these were probably not mentioned in the Bible as "false gods", and so I would expect that they're less likely to be used for the names of Unmade.

Theory: KR Destroyed Stormseat – Cause of Recreance
Shaggai replied to Confused's topic in Stormlight Archive
I doubt that the destruction of Stormseat was the cause of the Recreance. It just doesn't fit. These are people who've been specifically chosen as the sort of people who will abide by their oaths. Why would they suddenly break their sacred oaths and murder their spren just because some of them had destroyed Stormseat? It's possible that the destruction happened because of the Recreance (since the Recreance almost certainly happened during Aharietam), but I doubt it would be the cause. -
That bead of lerasium that Hoid apparently has?

It's not his best (the writing isn't his best, and what is with the ending?), but on the other hand it's free. So it's really up to you, OP.
