It was just very limited - and no where near Elendel - since Kelsier couldn’t risk someone stumbling on to it. Scadrial needed to figure that one out for themselves, starting with computers. Quote Internet here refers to something a lot closer to the original 80s internet. It’s on an island that the GBs use as a base and is mostly used for data transmittal and processing. It’s also the only place on Scadrial with computers. It got set up because Kelsier needed a way to store a lot of information. It’s an internet because it involves multiple networks talking to each other. But the scope is very, very limited.

As much as he’d regret it, he couldn’t have her overturning the plot the way she intended. She felt as if her insides were twisting. Her demeanor changed slightly. She'd gotten really good at hiding when she was feeling depressed, but wasn't perfect at it.

He didn't know what to do with depressed people, though he had a friend that has such problems... But of course, before he finished thinking of what to do Lilliana was out of sight. He returned inside. Now, he thought, maybe I should try storing factual memories. Though... He hesitated, then tried to tap the memories he stored. And got a little overwhelmed by a series of thoughts accidentally stored with those memories. The memories degraded back while he was dumbfounded by the fact he failed miserably in not storing associations. He shook himself and decide to try again, but... He felt a little guilty over taking Arcanum Unbounded again, now that Lilliana wasn't around, so he sighed and took a book out of his own bag, starting to read it. Did you have to introduce a new, scary villain for that? b. I'm not sure that I like the idea by any means anyway, especially since finding you a body will be hard, and c. Especially since Roues is a lurcher - and he was walking, not driving. Prière is a Steelrunner and Oracle, btw. Kelsier didn’t send just anyone to track her. Tzalum has his own skills. The female chef is a tineye, the male one is a coinshot, and the tailor is has F pewter. Roues followed Lilli as she entered the alley, using Iron to track her. At the sound of gunshots he instinctively pulled the bullets toward his chest plate. Prière ran past him in a blur, slamming into the assailant before the man finished talking.
