Chimborazo. While the highest mountain is Everest and the tallest is Mauna Kea, the highest point on earth from the core is Chimborazo, in Ecuador. Because the Earth is eliptical around the ecuador, the peak of this mountain juts farther out into space than any other point on the planet.

It's spicy and flavorsome and there is lots of variety, I like the texture and it's nice with rice as well
