I don't mind answering questions - but I am not a moderator. Your best bet is to report the second post so that an Admin can respond (and they can quote and reference things I can only link).

@Hmmm lies posted this in here a while ago but here’s a resource tha really helped me figure myself out and it’s kinda a lot but I rly recommend you read all of the chapters https://genderdysphoria.fyi/en/social-dysphoria

I just came out as Nonbinary to most of my not as close friends, im not NB but committing to she/her irl is scary so I’ll do this for a lil bc it’s closer to My actual gender without being such a huge step

That was certainly explanatory. Except for AFAB AMAB... What do those two stand for?

Edit: also, I feel like saying Non-Binary then She/Her would be very good for anxious behaviors typically shown with suddenly trying to explain yourself to others.
