demiromantic, I've only ever really had 2 or 3 crushes in my life, and I'm not attracted to people right off the street so I don't really understand celebrity crushes and that sort of thing. I came across the term somewhere and I was like "YES THATS ME"

then idk I don't really feel strong attachment to my gender, I just know that I don't like he/him pronouns, so I go with she/her to make people's lives easier but she/they is closer to my gender identity I think

(a little late to the party) Well, I discovered I was AroAce when I took a step back and seriously looked at how my life was, who I was attracted too (in my case, lack therof) and especially I looked up information, learned about the topic (and in the case of Jaiden Animations) saw the story of someone like me, and connected. You can prob find a story of someone like you here on the shard, but I also suggest you look elsewhere! Don't confine yourself!

Lol I was watching it before my youth orchestra a year or two ago and my friend with *interesting* thoughts came up behind me and was like "you're gay??????" because of the title 'not being straight' and it turned out that he is gay so it's just funny to think back on these things

Also my brother was there and I had to be like no not gay lets go inside because I wasn't sure what I was at that point and I didn't want my parents to know

i was like. I BETTER NOT BE TRANS. But to test i tried out he/they pronouns on the shard. Before i did that i didnt have any specified. I asked like. Do yall see me as a guy r girl in ur head and most said like guy and i felt like. Emmm the idea that im seen like a guy made me happy and with my pronouns changed and people referring to me as he or they. I was like. Yeah no defenintly trans.

Hey guys, is there a like, pre existing format online to let people know I prefer They/them pronouns on a particular day, without changing them in the pronouns field each time?

Not that I know of, but it would be theoretically possible to make a browser extension that could switch very quickly.

I could probably do it, tho maybe not an ext but a bookmarklet.

@KnightSkye Reforged you'd just have to let me know what interface works best. for example, it might mean you have to go to your profile page, then click a button or something to change your pronoun field

I don't mind switching it manually, I just didn't know I'd there was some way of forming it that made it clear that I just had a preference that day. If it's fine to just change it to what feels right that day then I'll do that.
