No, to be honest. You can do it anywhere. I’ll give you this opportunity, though.

9/10 nearly falls for it before he remembers he escaped a wizards of the coast worldline a long time ago and is no longer bound by that ruleset. He begins to compose a reply- wait. No. This won’t work out well. And it’s not his way. He remembers, in a world infected by creative entropy, the best way to kill a character is to leave it alone. And so he ignores the man, ignores the quest, ignores the world. A bubble of flawspace appears around Ribbon and himself,  neutral space where mordite, luxite, prismite, and nullite don’t function. Curiously, an old door invades 9/10’s void.

He found that the more he tried to expand the bubble, the more the space resisted him. Clearly this dimension was bound by different rules.

"Won't work here, hun." The strange man said, "I constructed this dimension myself. I know it's boundaries."

The door, of course, still remained.

Thank you!!!!!

A figure tumbled out the door, which shut behind him quickly. He seemed half-buried in an oversized grey jumper, with cobwebs plastered over his sleeves.

He straightened up, keeping his back to the wall and mentally cursing the sudden disappearance of the door in case things got violent. There were two others in the room, seemingly in the middle of a stand-off of sorts.

"Ah," he said, holding his hands over his chest to show he's unarmed, "I appear to be interrupting. Apologies."

The room's decor felt as though it ought to be familiar. "May I ask where I am?" he said with a confidence he didn't feel.

Ribbon nodded (for the fourth time in a row). "Let's see. Last time I used a 'find anything' device that I don't have anymore. Happen to have any locators?"

Salt looked around her person. “Uhm.” She then remembered she could just teleport that device to them. She did so and handed it to ribbon.

Is there any way I could get my character into something here?

I haven't been able to do anything since Nameless stopped.

Im trying to reinstate myself to so yeah! I can start something from another plot i needed to find a way to do regardless.

a group of people fell from the sky next to (your character). One had red hair and semi bluish skin dressed like a pirate, another wore a shoulder type brace over a poets shirt with a sword on his side, the third had more stereotypical pirate clothing.

a third person, seemingly another worker, with long brown hair and probably a young adult approached. “Don’t worry about them.” She said smiling. “You are in our shop, mostly clothing, some rations.”

"Another newcomer?" The man grunted, "You're in Urithiru. Or some very twisted version of it."

Ennalee blinked, starting. She had been at the conference, but now…

How has she gotten here again? The air warped slightly around her, and the memories of Enna seemed fresh in her mind.
A reminder.
Three people were next to her. “Hello,” she greeted them, reaching for the sword by her side, just in case. “Who are you? And how did you get here?” After a moment of pause, she added, “Im Ennalee, by the way.”

No, not at all, dw

"I mean if you think it'll work for you..." She trailed off. "We could also check the place it was last."

“Nice to meet you.” Ennalee grabbed Elinore’s hand and shook it quickly. Examining the three figures, she released her grip on her sword, instead grabbing her notebook to jot a few notes. “You said your ship crashed, yes? Where were you going? How did you survive the fall?”
Then, pausing, she glanced at the three people. “Im sorry, I probably shouldn’t be interrogating you right now. Is their anything you need?”

“We were going back to our boss. We likely survived the fall because we were mid space tunnel when it exploded and so we were slowed by the energy and dark matter.” She waved a hand “and your fine. We would like a place to patch up though.”

Ennalee nodded, scribbling furiously. When she finished, she looked around. “I don’t know where we are, so I’m not sure. But,” she said, rifling through her satchel. “You can use this for now.” She offered a small roll of bandages to Elinore.

"This is my Urithiru, my world, my dimension, my rules." He smiled, and his full appearance was briefly revealed for a second- his hair was white and old in splotches here and there, and his person looked as if half of him was ancient and half of him was your average middle aged Rosharan. Just as quickly as it happened though, it disappeared.

“And? You’ve created a utopia? Destroyed the world? Through blood? Mistakes? What have you done with your rules? Why is someone asking me to kill you?”

"I've merely created a workspace." He said simply, "And if it so much concerns you, I am the only permanent resident of this realm."

He stood up suddenly, flipping over the page on his clipboard.

"This is not the real Urithiru, nor a great imitation of it. But when things persist over thousands of pages... you start to grow a bit of a sentiment, I suppose."

Skylight cleared up his camp, and set off into the Woods. This place was strange, he would wander into a forest in one planet, enter the Woods, then find himself in the forest of another planet. Once, he exited from a small clump of trees in a floating city.

He set off, hoping to find his friends.

He got lucky, and found Ennalee from the seminar. “Hey,” he called out “it was Ennalee, right? I’m Skylight, from the god killing seminar!”

Keeping her grip on the sword, Ennalee nods to him. "Yes. I think. We haven't done much." She quickly jots down a few notes in her notebook, then says to him, "What are your abilities? For reference," she adds, gesturing towards the notebook.

Skylight brandishes his mordite blade and Plotblade. “I don’t really know what this Blade does, but it may be useful.” His eyes flash, and his posture seems to change. Like the predator in the woods, he waits to feast. “I have also conquered the Voice in my head, and he boosts my combat abilities.”

The man sighed. "My name is Rirrom, the Narrator of Time. You do not need to tell me your name, because I already know it."

His gaze flickered to the door, where the newcomer stood. "Perhaps, maybe, we should postpone this until we deal with that other man."

“Agreed. I believe, and I might get this wrong, by Threadawareness has been unreliable lately, but this is Kevin the Pigeon?”, 9/10 said, gesticulating at the clearly human and not a pigeon creature.

Kevin watched the back-and-forth. Urithiru? He'd heard of it, many times, but had never been before. If here even counted as there.

"Ah!" he started as the others looked at him. "Yes, that's me. I came here to escape being eaten my spiders, but my ... Author? ... initially sent me through the Threads to work out how they work. I haven't made much progress. Is there anything I can do to help you?"

"Spiders..." Rirrom cocked an eyebrow. Kt was hard to tell if this newcomer 'Kevin' was lying or not. "Welcome to the longest thread, I suppose."

"Perhaps I may aid you with understanding how his place works. In this land, there are characters called narrators who have the power to do whatever they want, and typically maintain a higher awareness of the thread than other characters." He continued. "A narrator can do anything they wish." He summoned a croissant to show his point.

"And then there's Plotblades, which are essentially powered-up variants of shardblades that pertain to a specific plot element. They're hard to come by, so you're unlikely to hold one yourself, but their presence always shadows the thread in some way or another."

He stood up and examined the door up close. "If you wish, I could send you back to the Door-ways, and solve the spider problem, all at the same time. I would assume my power reaches into there just fine, if you wish to go back. But if you do not, well, that is where the journey begins."
