Lightning struck and Salt and the blade were sent flying in opposite directions.

Expecting a guardian? The blade spoke to the minds of those nearby, I can fend for myself.

The Plotblade of Plot Significance started to rise on its own, levitating above the ground.

The blade itself started to draw power from the Plot itself, which was strong now, strong enough to leech life from. Strings of energy bolted down from far, far above, attaching to the blade. The outer crystalline material that once contained the Plotblade shattered into shards, which started to swirl into the shape of a beating heart which placed itself right beneath the innermost light of the blade.

Ribbon rushed over to Salt, concerned. She pushed forward a shield made of a strange blue aqueous liquid that surrounded Salt and herself in a perfect sphere.

Long have I waited, the psychic speaking of the Plotblade continued, for two thousand pages, I have waited. I have watched. I have learned.

The dust that made up the ash-colored dunes of the sword dimension started to rise. Prismatic light pierced the ground and launched the reflective gray sand into the air, which joined the now-immense orbit that surrounded the Plotblade, leaving behind swords that clattered to the ground of this strange igneous underlayer that hid behind the sand.

The dust formed into a black and clear armor that was donned by the glowing force, forming into a draconic creature fiftyfold larger than the two narrators. Many large wings and limbs made of light started to sprout out of these armored segments, growing to immense size.

All plotblades have innately strong power contained within, the psyspeak of the 'plotblade' continued, We are merely bound through the form of the blade you force us within.

The plotblade-creature thing let out a roar, a roar so strong that it echoed through time and all of space, where it could be heard anywhere within the thread.

Return the Plotblades, it spoke through the minds of all characters within the thread, And you shall be spared.

Eli, Trevor (kevin i js forgot his name was trevor) and Levi all flinched.

Enna flinched. "What was that?" she asked, looking to the Thread.

Ennalee, who had only heard the roar, shuddered. Someone appeared next to Ennalee, and she moved her sword towards the person. "What is going on?" she asked Enna, who didn't respond.

Ennalee scowled. "There is no such thing as Authors or the Thread. So stop saying there is, Enna!"

9/10 looks at the Guardian. “Nope, I’m out,” he says. And then he is out. Meanwhile, the girl has retrieved her knife and is watching the Guardian.

Eia starts as her Plotblade screams and goes inert, returning to the form of a smoky quartz necklace. “Kevin, we may have a bigger problem. I’m not the only one collecting Plotblades, it seems.”

Plotblades are pieces of a being called Plot who was killed snd split into an unidentified number of pieces which became weapons that lord over a plot device. Protagonist and Antagonist are a pair, there’s True Love, Cursed Treasure, Premonition, etc

There now appear to be. Like. Three Kevins on this Thread. I might get mine to change his name.

Kevin didn’t react when the Blade starts speaking, chalking it down to a quirk of the Narrator (or secondary character, whatever difference that made). Eia's reaction was far more alarming.

Right. People collect Plotblades. Eia is collecting Plotblades, for whatever reason.

"So the Plotblades are collecting themselves? That doesn't seem like a great thing, judging by your reaction. Why? If they're sentient, can they not decide?"

The Guardians of the Plot were my ambassadors, my eyes. They have now been disposed of, seeing as they have no further use, It spoke directly to his mind, Perhaps you'd like to usher a glance at my visage?

9/10 wouldn't know exactly how, but for a mere moment, he saw the complete forme of the Plotblade, adorned with massive armor in this almost dragon-like arrangement, with prismatic light flooding out of it wherever the armor failed to darken. And then just with a flash, it was gone.

I am far more than you realize, young narrator. I appreciate your false humility. Deliver me a Plotblade and I will see that you and those you care of survive. Consider this your ultimate objective.

I also wanted to note the similarities between the Plotblade of premonition and the Plotblade of Foreshadowing- the latter of which outdates Premonition by many many pages and has essentially the same sort of vibe. Curious whether or not you're willing to change it cause Foreshadowing may or may not return in the future.

Theoretically would any plotblade (or any in the vicinity) react to this?

Yes, in fact most Plotblades probably would.

Then, we would combine them into one. One blade. One plot.

Oh my god… Allen we are so stormed.

That being said from infront of erryin the plot blade fallen hero, once held by atlas before she died, materialized. It spun in circles in a way as if unsure of joining the plotblade or staying true to its owner. erryin reached forward and grabbed its handle, narrating it away. “Yeah let’s not have that join anything.” They had it go to somewhere and with someone who would keep it safe. 9/10 was less worried by the charcter design and more by the aura of power. He had seen far more terrifying existences, but being present in the story near this one… was uncomfortable, to say the least. He bit down a provocative comment, then replied, More cowardice than humility. And I don’t truly care for anyone here. He paused. Don’t tell me what to do, he added. Plotblades are too dangerous, too unpredictable. Find your own way.

well, foreshadowing is the author subtly slipping in clues that either clue the reader in on plot points or make it less boring to read a book more than once. Premonition is specifically based around the plot trope of a prophecy or vision. Currently it hasn’t done more than “me life flashed before me eyes”, but I plan on making a suitable prophecy eventually.
assuming you saw directly through that facade, Eia is going to try to be more important, and might want to interact with Plot Relevance. There are many ways to be relevant, and Eia might just be trying to brute force that

Also Inkwell still exists but I have no idea what to do with him

When it was in use, foreshadowing allowed the user to essentially just have an absurd knowledge of the future without strings attached

9/10 felt a burning in his chest, like a fire was consuming him from the inside out, and when he looked down, there was a gaping hole that went all the way through his chest cavity to the other side.

I think you have made a mistake in assuming you have a choice, The creature commanded.

Premonition is not exactly a powerful blade, the main purpose i want for it is to give a narrative foundation for prophecy in this world, built on the mechanics of the Thread.
