I may be able to allow them to stay in a portion of my lands. How well does their biology fit a forest ecosystem? There is some land there I can spare, as long as very little of it is deforested and they do not hunt excessively. However, they may not enter the Ancient Grove unless they serve me. How many would be able to live in perhaps three square miles of forest? That is as much as I can spare, assuming we can trade freely. There are some plains that can be farmed, but they must be negotiated with the owners for prices of growing crops there for a season. They are good people and upon seeing your plight will be kind. But unfortunately they must look after their families, so nothing comes for free.

I look forward to a future of friendship between our peoples.

"They are not growing anything we eat and aren't using farm land. They manufacture all their food. They will need space however, and a forest won't be ideal. They don't use wood at all, even their own world's equivalent, so that's no use. Three square miles is not optimal, so some of their number will need to be dehydrated. So they'll need some kind of large warehouse to store all the bodies. Also, they'll need a large amount fresh water upon landing, as they've only been keeping a skeleton crew hydrated.

"They will not hunt, unless some beasts attack them. They will not hesitate to vapourise anything that attacks. Also, what is the Ancient Grove?"

That is all the land I can spare unfortunately. There are rivers in the permitted area, which may be used as long as they do not dirty the waters. My people mostly live in the woods or on the plains. Perhaps there is a mountainous area which is inhospitable, but used for mining. Perhaps would they be able to survive in old mines that have had all the resources extracted? This can be used beyond that, but I don’t have much to offer. I do not have much land, and the people who live there inhabit most of the non-forested area. The Ancient Grove is the heart of the forest, and that is where I abide. I however will have to punish those who disobey my law of not entering unless they serve me. This is in Iine with order.

In the end I’m not sure if I can accommodate the entire people. Perhaps a portion of them, but we may have to spread them out across more than just my meager territory. I am willing to help. This is in line with Love. However, I do not have everything necessary to support an entire other people within my lands, even if they served me. But I will offer aid nonetheless.

"The forest will have to do then, as long as there are enough large clearings. You mustn't accommodate all them now, the excess Trisolarans can be dehydrated and stored until we figure something out. A river should do, as they cannot be affected by any of our diseases.

"So, it is settled then? The Trisolarans can stay here? The only thing left is that if they land their fleet in the forest, a significant amount will be burned down. Do you have any open area for the landing?"

Perhaps the mountains as a landing point? There is very little flammable material there. But yes, they should be able to stay. There should be enough clearings around the edges.

"That is good. Very well then. Unless there is something else you want to say, I'll be going back into space to try and accelerate their travels."

There's a lot of plots going on...if you want, you can make a character and join one, or just have the character show up and see what happens

I wish I had gotten information like this on page 1514 when I first appeared here! :P Would’ve been quite helpful… Thank you!

Once upon a time… Right about… Now, actually, Sequence woke up.

“Gosh…” She said with a yawn. “Seems I fell asleep for another… Oh it’s only been 23 pages? Fascinating…”

With a wave of her hand, the veil of shadows around her world, a serene and lovely planet, was lifted. It was once again unlocked and visible to travelers of all kinds, so long as they did not have intentions of chaos or malfeasance.

A slightly glowing figure with an inverted afterglow (simultaneously seems to glow and suck in light) appears. "Greetings. Who might you be? And why was this place hidden before?"

More or less… TLT goes through phases and cycles, sometimes there’s plot, sometimes not.

My aunts the same way.

CRASH. A small figure falls in front of whoever the current the characters are. (I don't have names yet)

In a crackle of lightning and a flash of light, Malevolence appeared. His eyes glittered with a new light. The light of understanding, the light of truth, the light of insanity.

"Rebus." He said softly. "We must speak."

A short-ish, blond-haired figure is standing nearby. Characters are everywhere—I'm gonna use this to introduce a character important to my plot. "Well, that was a dramatic entrance. What brought you here?"

The figure stands.
“I honestly have no idea. I was sleeping, actually”

This proves true, as she’s wearing pjs. “My name is Avalera, but you can call me Ava. Who are you? And, um, where am I?”
