Accordingly, the gong dragons packed up the meal in a small picnic basket and handed it to the Great Mage.

The Great Mage accepted the meal and departed back to his home, where he promptly devoured the entire feast.

And everyone was happy.

And apples grew again.

But deep in the back of the Great Mage's mind, the prophecy remained.

He shoved it back, devouring the food.

A cat walked into his home.

Ookla Season Cometh.

For a magnanimous tyrant had risen up.

"Me" was a powerful monster, a being capable of mass destruction.

And also generous and kind beyond description.

This ‘Me’ was faintly reminiscent of another being, but who it was could not be told.

Meanwhile, Ookla the Unintelligible had gained unimaginable power

However, it relied on people being able to hear and understand them.

Which naturally was impossible.

Ookla the Unintelligible could not speak in any known language

Most of the Narrators found this quite obvious.

And so, they ignored him, focusing on the Great Mage, who was eating like he hadn’t had food in millennia. And he hadn’t; it was a long bathroom trip.

Unintelligible cursed Ookla season. It hadn't been like this last time. Of course, last Ookla season he barely existed. If Sequence hadn't pushed Nameless to create him, then he'd probably never have come about.

However, Unintelligible still wanted to show his support for Brandon Sanderson and his crew.

Technically, he was showing his support 24/7 365 days a year, but during Ookla season he was determined to show it even more.

so he hired a consultant.

The consultant's name was unknowable, for he was the darkness, and the darkness was him.

But he was great at gratefulness notes.

His favorite holiday was Thanksgiving.

The Consultant decided that the best way for Ookla the Unintelligible to show his support was for him to bake a pie.
