Shard of Reading he/him Posted May 18, 2020 Posted May 18, 2020 If you gave it as many spikes as possible it could become... The Lord Beaver! Tremble in fear of his teeth! (or whatever scares you about a beaver)
Tesh Any pronouns Posted May 18, 2020 Posted May 18, 2020 I just want someone to spike a snail or a slug.

Shard of Reading he/him Posted May 19, 2020 Posted May 19, 2020 I wonder what would happen to them when they were filling there metalminds.
Frustration Posted May 21, 2020 Posted May 21, 2020 If we're spiking a snail/slug with steel we need to make it compound, I am not waiting for it to store speed, before making the events of 'Turbo' happen.

We could make them compounders after observing them filling metalminds for a little.
Frustration Posted December 2, 2020 Posted December 2, 2020 (edited) Hemalurgic beaver thread never dies! Edited December 2, 2020 by Ookla The Frustrated
Trutharchivist he/him Posted December 2, 2020 Posted December 2, 2020 It was dead for months for a time. Surely it can afford a little rest.
Toaster Retribution he/him Posted December 3, 2020 Author Posted December 3, 2020 Well, the hemalurgic beaver can compound its way to eternal life, so this thread has to be just as immortal. 2
Tacitus Posted December 3, 2020 Posted December 3, 2020 The hemalurgic beaver cannot die. If the hemalurgic beaver appears to be dead, it is because it wants to appear that way. The hemalurgic beaver has blessed this thread with some of its investiture so that it too, can live eternally. 1
Stormtide_Leviathan Posted December 3, 2020 Posted December 3, 2020 We need to get some atium for the hemalurgic beaver so we know it will never die
Trutharchivist he/him Posted December 3, 2020 Posted December 3, 2020 The hemalurgic beaver is so close to Ruin it can produce it's own atium. 1
The Titan God he/him Posted December 5, 2020 Posted December 5, 2020 With this thread we have uncovered Brandon's secret plan for era 3 2

The beaver is going to try and kill all the vessels and take all of the Shards itself. Or create an army of sixteen beavers to each hold a Shard and then take over everything.
Tacitus Posted December 7, 2020 Posted December 7, 2020 The Beaver will, inevitably, become Adonalsium, but no one could or would kill Beavernalsium. 3
StanLemon Posted December 11, 2020 Posted December 11, 2020 Adonalsium intentionally got Shattered so that Beavernalsium can rise 1

Because it is a thing of awesomeness, and this kind of thing just kind of happens on the internet, as seen here: https://www.nytimes.com/2016/03/22/world/europe/boaty-mcboatface-what-you-get-when-you-let-the-internet-decide.html. Thank you for asking this question and pulling it back from a year and a half ago so I can bask in this majesty. This has been going for apparently five years, and I have been missing out. I haven't even read this before and it brings back good memories of school joking about, you guessed it, beavers. My friends and I looked at a beaver and started coming up with explanation that could be drawn from a picture without really knowing anything about the animal. In the end, we had concluded that beavers were 300 lb monsters that would fling themselves through the sky using their tails, stripping the land of nutrients with their massive teeth. Good times. What is it about beavers that make you look at them and conclude that they will take over the world? I don't get it, but apparently that's a thing. 3

Trutharchivist he/him Posted May 7, 2022 Posted May 7, 2022 No! No, we killed you. WE KILLED YOU! On another note: yes, this is awesome. And also, when you put a bunch of book nerds together, they will create a monster, apparently. And @Toaster Retribution (the creator of the thread) willing, we can report the OP and have it transferred to general Cosmere, to discuss the crazyness of the Hemalurgic Beaver and his fabrials.
