Vasher had beaten his own creation.

Next up was Spook, a Tineye from the planet Scadrial, and one of his fellow crewmates, a Soother named Breeze. The two had worked together to overthrow a powerful being known as The Lord Ruler. Apotheosis found it amusing that two friends would now be forced to fight to the death.

Sorry I couldn't update this yesterday, I've had a busy past few days.Hopefully instances like this are rare. Anyways, enjoy the next match!

I give it to Breeze. I prefer him as a character. He is funny, and I like his real name. Spook, meanwhile, is one of my least favorite Sanderson characters. I think he became too competent too quickly for my taste, as he irritated me during HoA. Spook would definitely take Breeze down in combat though, but since I judge based on who I like, this goes to the Soother.

I vote for Breeze. This is mainly because I don't think Spook would be able to hurt his friends, and Breeze is good enough at manipulating people that he can convince Spook to lose.

Are we talking about the blindfold-wearing, talking-to-Ruin Spook or like, just Spook (as in pre-well of ascension)?

I would say HoA Spook. We get to see more of what he can do, as well as get to know him better as a character.

I also was annoyed by Spook. He stood out too much, like a jester character that suddenly became a major part of the plot. I'll vote Breeze, mostly because he's better than Spook.

Spook, definitely. My favorite Sanderson character ever, apart from Shallan. He was my favorite part of HoA.

Breeze is skilled in manipulation. I can imagine it: A tense situation, Spook is spooked, ready to kill Breeze but wishing he didn't have to. Breeze says the right words, pushes the right buttons, and calms Spook down. And then he kills Spook. And he hates himself for doing such a cruel thing for the sake of a game.

Spook isn't emotionally stable and Breeze is a soother. Considering what allriane did to the three bandits in WoA I think breeze would win.

Ah, but was it not Spook who once, in his infinite wisdom, said "having the has Sazed a metal?"

Also, if we're talking pre-Catacendre, then I'm still going to go with Spook. Being a Tin savant is surprisingly strong, and Breeze wouldn't be able to win against post-HoA Spook.

I'm going Breeze because I enjoyed his character more than Spook's, whose character I didn't really get engaged in until HoA. Breeze's characters and powers were interesting to me, especially when his softer side was revealed. Plus, make heaps of noise, and tin is nullified.

Poor kid, Breeze thought. He was just to emotional. A few well placed words, and Spook had lowered his guard, allowing Breeze to strike. He wondered how cold the bite of his dagger felt on his sensitive skin. No hard feelings, my boy, he thought sadly.

Up next was Vin, the Ascendant Warrior, savior of Scadrial, the champion of the last tournament. Her opponent was a cowardly man from the planet Roshar, Gaz, who now served as a bodyguard to Shallan Davar.
