I am at the place all humans abhor: the DMV.

The first time I left my car, I forgot my phone. So I put up my umbrella and hurried out into the rain to get it, then came back in. Then I saw a sign saying proof of insurance is required for all transactions....which I left in my car. I have an electronic copy, but they'll probably demand a paper one, because that's just how the DMV rolls.

I'm still a ways from being called, so I'll head back out in a few minutes.

A friend has offered to 3D print me a glow-in-the-dark Seon.  But he can stick pretty much any symbol inside, so he told me to pick something.

I decided to try out my new rice cooker to see how long it took to make rice. I was expecting a cook time of maybe an hour, half an hour if it was a good one.

The actual cook time was more like ten minutes.

So....now I have rice for dinner, which is cool.

I also have the Internet guy coming out in a few minutes so I can get off mobile.

And I realized something about my creative process today: If I don't have a handful of vivid scenes to work towards, the rest of the story just doesn't come easily. So now I have to come up with some vivid scenes for the Spokaneverse story.
