Did Taravangian have a moment with the Nightwatcher like Kelsier had with Preservation? Is that how he made The Diagram?

If he didn't (which I doubt) he definitely got very, very close.  There's a line in the Diagram where he describes something which almost perfectly describes the "it's full of stars" moment that Kelsier had.

"But who is the wanderer, the wild piece, the one who makes no sense?  I glimpse at his implications, and the world opens to me.  I shy back.  Impossible.  Is it?

What is the origin of the word 'Nahel'? Is it a person, a spren/Cognitive Realm being(like scientists naming discoveries after themselves)? Or something else?

Are there no alethi left-handed women? Are women forced to be right handed or is writing with ones safe hand ok as long as it's covered? Research suggests forcing children to write with theirnon dominant hand is damaging.

it may be damaging, but people did it for years.  in fact, I'm pretty sure it was still practice in America at least as recently as the 50s to force left handed students to use their right hand.

it'd be interesting to see the answer on this one, but based on our societies on Earth: I'd say that is exactly what the do.

I think it could be a cool character quirk. Earthlings handedness comes from an asymmetry in our brains. Maybe alethi brains have 10 spheres so they just get a dominant finger :P

What heats the water of the horneater peaks? Roshar was formed by crem deposits so the mountains are just large piles of crem not dormant volcanoes what geothermal energy heats the water on their tops or is it something involving stormlight?

Realmatically speaking, how do Shards predict the future?

They look into the Spiritual Realm, where all the possible paths leading from that particular moment are right there in front of you, in exhaustive detail.

The concept of a normal hot spring is apparently common sense to Rock and . . . was it Sigzil? So they definitely have naturally heated water elsewhere in the world.

The question ought to be broader I guess.

yeah if the world is just sedimentary rock from crem deposits it seems that magma heat from the planets core wouldn't be a major part of the world. but maybe I'm missing something I'm not a geologist just an armchair fantasy reader.

I didn't think the whole continent was just crem deposits.  I was pretty sure the rocks were all covered with crem, to varying degrees, but it was not ever assumed to have been formed originally from crem that I've seen.

Roshar has no tectonic plates, yet it has hit springs, indicating vulcanic activity(but it may only be related to long-extinct vulcanos). Not only that, but Dalinar knows what a earthquake is.

Someone must ask about that.

Are there any other sentient/sapient invested objects like Nightblood and Sprenblades anywhere throughout the cosmere?

None that we know of.  Khriss and Nazh are tracking down the evidence of such on Scadrial in BoM but it's unconfirmed.

That's why I'm intrigued. We know it has happened with Night blood, but I wonder if something similar has happened off-screen. Also

Seeing as a lone trellium spike hid Paalm's presence (mostly) from Harmony, would he have been able to find and control her with two trellium spikes? Or would the fact they're both trellium counter even this as well?

Does the weapon made to oppose Adonalsium originate from Adonalsium's universe?

Yes, given that "Adonalsium's universe" is the Cosmere.

Sure, but with all the wacky stuff going on in the meta, with a "Beyond"/"God Beyond" and "Adonalsium being assumed to have created the universe" (obviously making it unlikely to have something at its level of strength/ability), I wonder if we might see dimension-hoppers or something strange like that.

Ruin and Preservation are two opposites, therefore making Harmony kind of impotent and not at all a very cool combo of forces. Which two Shards would you combine to create to coolest combination of Shards?

My friend is left-handed and she's mentioned a quote saying that yes, they are forced to be right-handed, and yes, it's damaging to them. It mostly comes up in private conversations and I trust her enough that I've never bothered asking for a source. I'll ask her if she knows where it came from...

I feel like there was a questing in this past tour, or the one before, where someone asked a follow-up, like is anyone championing for the rights of left-handed women, and if memory serves his answer accepted the idea that some people are, in fact, left-handed.

Good question!

Is there anything interesting about Roshar's ocean?

Are there any great shells under Roshar's waves that could considered/classed as Leviathans? How big would they be in regards to other Rosharan fauna?

Is there anything of note at the bottom of Roshar's ocean?

Could you use Feruchemy to circumvent scuba gear?
