When your dad tells you that he'll text someone at camp so they can let you know who's going to pick you up from camp, and you say "Anything not etched in steel cannot be trusted."

When you invite friends you haven't seen in a while over for dinner, casually name-drop Brandon and find out one of your friends is a fan too, then launch into a heated discussion about Hoid and non-cosmere Reckoners.

For the Mormons who read this thread:

[texting my wife]

Me: I'm omw home!
Wife: Return with honor!
Me: Honor is dead but I'll see what I can do.

I would give you the secret Mormon salute... if there were one. I shall content myself with a high-five and an upvote.

There's a music video of a song about Purim, and my favourite thing about it is that they use "happy Purim" in Yiddish as if it's a secret codeword and it's hilarious.

When you read through 139 WoBs on Hemalurgy and wonder why there is only so little.

... Or are there some off-Theoryland WoBs on Hemalurgy?...

or Cadmium.....Service, I think it is. It's the only other place I've seen Cadmium outside of a Mistborn book.

When you read a book about intelligent prehistoric cats that share an internal "song" and you spend the whole book thinking of them as Listeners.

Hard to paraphrase this...

I was at a cross country meet today, and I was walking with 3 friends. I've converted 2 of them. The third remarked that when he runs he can't hear other people cheering or anything, only the voices inside his head. My other friends all thought he meant talking to himself (something pretty much all runners do at times). When he clarified that it was some random voice saying stuff like "Kill" (jokingly, of course), my friends and I all started laughing and saying we should check if he's spiked. The 'spiked' friend has no idea what we meant, so he just keeps talking, and every sentence he makes we build some sort of cosmere reference about. He ended that conversation very confused, needless to say :P (This is actually a true story)

Unulukuak'kina'autu'atai

i can say most if it but that last apostrophe is too much. Would that be a glottal stop between u and a?

Success!

You know you're a Sanderfan when you can spell-check Rock's name on sight.

I would say the stop would be more at the beginning of the a rather than between the two vowels. I'm pronouncing all of the u's as "oo", which may or may not be correct... but it's working for me.

So here's how I'm saying it, minus emphasis because I'm too lazy to think about it: oo-noo-loo-koo-ahk-kee-na-[aow-too-[ah-tai
