Also, the more I think about this, the more my suspicion towards Steel grows. It is definitely plausible that he didn't notice my vote--but I was actively in the spreadsheet when another anon user popped in and voted--the first name put in the vote was for LordSpirit, and then after a minute or so, the vote was switched to me. I did also post and vote roughly a minute before Steel did at the end of last cycle.

... interesting.

There's definitely been some shakiness with the Spreadsheet, and I wouldn't be too surprised if it maybe takes a while to update - sometimes I'll pop in for a second, see nothing has changed, then like 10 seconds later (or if I forcibly update) some new things are there.

I'm also slightly biased against killing Steel just because he can be more active / experienced, which we maybe need. But also, yeah, objectively has done fairly suspicious things.

Do remember to put your votes in the Spreadsheet (Edit: and GM PM) if you mean them! (TalnFan)

This game has definitely gotten a lot more quiet with the most active of players dying off--doesn't seem likely that we'll even break to a second page this cycle, since there are only a little more than 2 hours left.

Currently, vote count is:
Twinstorm (2): Ashbringer, Nemoras Enchanted Easel

Also, the more I think about this, the more my suspicion towards Steel grows. It is definitely plausible that he didn't notice my vote--but I was actively in the spreadsheet when another anon user popped in and voted--the first name put in the vote was for LordSpirit, and then after a minute or so, the vote was switched to me. I did also post and vote roughly a minute before Steel did at the end of last cycle.

Again, I can see an argument for not having noticed my vote--but it feels odd to me that LordSpirit was the original vote, before switching to me, which tied it up with Kelsier.

I may be tunneling, but either way I think I will def be voting Steel next round. 🤔

Okay fair, I was doing a think. I was basically trying to figure out which of the votes I wanted to go with. Must have selected LordSpirit while I was thinking about it, before finalizing my vote. Didn't realize anyone else was on at the time, must have missed it since I was on my phone. Tbh this whole voting mechanic is just a bit odd, needing to update it in three places is a bit annoying.

Feel better Taln fan.

Actually wait, no. DO YOU THINK TALN WOULD LET HIMSELF GET SICK, COME ON GIT GUD 🤣

Tbh if I were to vote anyone RN I'd probably vote myself. But since I know I'm village that's not really a fantastic option, but I don't have any solid suspicions. My current guess is the remaining elims are less active, so...

Honestly I'm gonna go with Lord Spirit based on that assumption that they're probably not among the more active players. Now I have to go update my votes everywhere else sigh

Edit: wait no that leaves it as a tie GOSH DARN IT.

Fine I'll vote Twinstorm instead, similar levels of activity but that'll leave it as a solid vote rather than a tie. Again.

what

Alright, I was so convinced TwinStorm was an elimmmmmm. I also realized that it is unlikely that LordSpirit is an elim, since Kelsier did vote for them--and it seems unlikely for an elim to vote for another one?

Currently Steel is my only real suspicion, since there hasn't been a lot of posts to really go off of. There are likely 2 elims remaining--unless the team only started with 2, which seems unlikely.

Unless we manage to vote an elim off again this cycle, the game ends tomorrow I believe?

I'm confused, but I might be understanding something wrong. I thought I voted for Twinstorm last round?

Given that Kelsier voted for LordSpirit every round, I think that kinda soft-clears them as a Bandit?

Johnny definitely was not suprised that The Crazed was innocent. He has tried to warn them. Hopefully they would listen this time. In his mind, the most likely turncoats were Nobody (Steel) and either Billy (Taln) or Twice (Raven). He's inclined to believe the Nameless Whisperer, as a turncoat would be unlikely to point out the numbers. Johnny puts his vote on Nobody, who seems like the safest bet right now.

Sorry, I probably should have caught this, but no, you haven't voted any of the rounds.

The primary source for the votes is the spreadsheet linked in the original post, the PM message only serves to ensure there was no tampering with the votes.

Oh I see what I did wrong, I was on mobile and didn't see that I was on the cycle 2 tab, and I just voted under Vote 3 xD Mb

I am also going to place my vote on Nobody[Steel], since I am still rather sus of him. That may end up changing, depending on what others say or do, but alas.

Posted

Well at this point I'm pretty certain either Lord Spirit or Taln fan are elim, and I'm leaning Lord Spirit since they're pushing me and I am very easy bait for the elims, which is why I imagine they haven't killed me lmao. So voting for Lord Spirit

Posted

Johnny definitely is not surprised that Nobody voted for them. He'd also be willing to wager that another bandit would soon vote on him to protect Nobody. The outcome of this cycle is up to Billy and Twice. He's pretty sure that one of them is a turncoat along with Nobody and the other is a normal bandit. They have the power to decide between Johnny's death and Nobody's. A wrong decision here will doom the bandits.

Nobody glared at his former friends, foolish individuals who hadn't seized the opportunity for a better life than simple banditry when it was presented. And now they would kill him for it, without even hardly comprehending his motivations.

He spit on the ground, angry with how things had gone. It had basically just been bad luck, no skill on their part.

"I only have one thing to say. I only ever told a single lie."

Then he lunged at the bandit in front, determined to take them down with him before he died. Ah, if only things had worked out... Life could have been good.

Very rude of you to kill me in the end Steel 😜

I really enjoyed the spreadsheet voting method! It opens the door for some unique and interesting player analysis--like with the thing of Steel's votes.

I quite liked the Voting spreadsheet, at least once @Kasimir prettied it up. Easy access to an accurate vote-count was nice, as was seeing all the votes at once. I'm tempted to implement it if I run future games. Or maybe I somehow make a bunch of linked spreadsheets for everyone that can only be edited by the individual members? IDK, thoughs for later.

I had a blast in the dead doc, I wish I had had a blast in the game, but I died on C1 because I didn't want to kill Raven just to preserve myself. Still not certain if that was the right choice. Moral sure, but morality gets you killed in Sanderson Elimination.

Thanks for running it @The Unknown Flame!

@Experience@KelsierApologist@xxGaea, I greatly enjoyed our pre-game Role Playing! I hope to play with you all again some day.

I will note: my vote was completely legitimate. I wasn't trying to protect Kelsier, I just didn't want a 5 way tie.

Then your last minute vote went and messed everything up, we lost the 50/50 and I knew we were pretty much screwed from there. And since it was your fault I killed you last lmao

LMAO I mean hey, fair enough xD

Also I will have it known that @A Joe in the Bush was lying about me in Dead doc! I never asked him if he knew whether I was dead or not--I asked if they knew when I would learn/how long after the cycle she learned she was dead, lol. I will not accept this slander /joking

RIP Steel, betrayed by the dice gods 🙁

This is the worst of all betrayals a man can suffer.

I felt the real betrayal here. Did you know that the ancient romans thought that luck was a personality trait, like intelligence or charisma?

I thought the PM mechanic was a good idea, and liked the sheet votes. Post count should have been lower
