We hear how you can preprogram lifeless with commands and then take control of them with that phrase like Lightsong does with the squirl

The commands we hear are Almond grass, Bottom line blue,  red panther Verdant bells, and A candle by which to see. These are the more important command phrases in the book so my question to you is what would you choose for your command phrases I would choose silver on ice or little red snakes or ten armies marching.

What would you choose there are no wring answers

It's a password, so it will be "password" for me.

P.S. Those aren't Commands, those are security phrases.

At the top right of your fist post there is the three dots menu, click it, choose "edit" option and you will be able to both change the title of this thread and edit the starting post.

But in my opinion it isn't really needed. Everyone will understand what you mean by that. It's more of a cosmetic change.

Really? I kinda thought (Warbreaker Spoilers):

Spoiler

“Either way, I am going to give you something.”

“What?”

“My army,” Vasher said.

Susebron frowned. “But, my lord. Our Lifeless just marched away, to attack Idris.”

“No,” Vasher said. “Not that army. I’m going to give you the one I left behind three hundred years ago. The people call them Kalad’s Phantoms. They are the force by which I made Hallandren stop its war.”

“Stop the Manywar, my lord?” Susebron said. “You did that by negotiation.”

Vasher snorted. “You don’t know much about war, do you?”

The God King paused, then shook his head. “No.”

“Well, learn,” Vasher said. “Because I charge you with command of my army. Use it to protect, not attack. Only use it in an emergency.”

The God King nodded dumbly.

Vasher glanced at him, then sighed. “My sin be hidden.”

“What?” Susebron asked.

“It’s a Command phrase,” Vasher said. “The one you can use to give new orders to the D’Denir statues I left in your city.”

“But my lord!” Susebron said. “Stone cannot be awakened.”

“The stone hasn’t been Awakened,” Vasher said. “There are human bones in those statues. They are Lifeless.”

That was the most important Command Phrase for the book.

You are right I just didn't think of that one when crafting this question and it probably is the most important security phrase in the book

P@s5w0rD. That Command phrase will make the Lifeless hold up four pictures and from there I will need to identify all pictures that show a boat in it. If I succeed, then and only then am I able to give it additional Commands. If I pronounce "P@s5w0rD" wrong 4 times in 10 minutes (easy mistake compared to my other Lifeless' security phrase "p45swORd"), it will slap me and and hold up an hourglass and I can't try again until the timer runs out. If I'm really desperate, I can say "reset security phrase" and it will give me a form where I have to write in my address, first pet, my favorite Tarachin player, and my birthday. If it recognizes the answers I wrote down, it will mail me a temporary root level security phrase that expires within 48 hours.

You can try to hack it, but it has permission to whack people with a club if people are trying to brute force the password or torture it.

@Treamayne, do you think security phrases fall under the native language restriction?

I would imagine it has to be, at least based on the fact that Vasher specifically called it a (capital C) Command Phrase (see above).

I feel like I'd be a piece of rust and make my phrase something nobody would ever think to use.

Spoiler

My life to yours. My breath become yours.

That is, if the goal is secrecy.

If the goal isn't secrecy, then I'd choose something that I have in mind that I can easily recall. Something thst reminds me of home.

"Blackwood Wattle, uprooted by wind."

I can't share my password with you. That's a secret!

But as we are so frequently reminded, there's always another one.

I'd have to go with "The Universe is Singing to me!"
