    Update on Oathbringer:

    Done! Finally.

    What a book, all 1387 pages were great to read. The characters have come a long way since the first book, and I can't wait to read RoW! Although, still need to read Edgedancer, as I finally got Arcanum Unbounded from the library to read it...

    Alright.. to discuss my Cosmere reading journey... I really should post more here.

    This is overall I guess... (Started when I joined the Shard)

    Mistborn:

    Finished 1st trilogy, Alloy of Law & Shadows of Self. I have Bands of Mourning ready to read, on my desk :D

    Stormlight:

    Finished Way of Kings & Words of Radiance, read about 810 pages of Oathbringer...

    Arcanum Unbounded:

    Finished the Selish System, Emperor's Soul, Hope of Elantris, Scadrian System, Eleventh Metal and Taldain System.

    Standalone:

    Finished Elantris and Warbreaker.

    P.S:

    I finished the entire Cytoverse :D

    Wait ur speaking for Kingslayer? @SpiritOfWrath And what does that mean - he wants to wait for Eric or just Pikachu and Kingslayer? Btw, sorry for the late reply, it's holidays down under and I've been busy

    Pikachu's face lit up with glee, and asked Kingslayer (in Pikachu language), "How about we wait for Eric to join us - or would you rather come with me alone? Up to you." Although, he wondered why he'd become so comfortable with Kingslayer so easily... Usually, I don't treat humans with this much regard. Maybe it was Kingslayer's fascinating abilities that drew me in. I'll stick with it for now. Pikachu eagerly awaited for a reply.

    @NameIess - Talking directly to Eric btw. Pikachu nodded. "Wow. That's pretty impressive. I'll think about your offer, but for now, I'd like to explore the rest of Kanto. You can join me if you wish." He turned to Eric, beginning his conversation in English, not Pikachu language. "Hey, you alright?" Pikachu wondered, concerned about the boy's health. "I know this isn't the best time for you, but would you like to join me on my journeys throughout Kanto?" He patiently waited for an answer.

    Also replying to @NameIess - nice Pokemon battle setting btw And sorry for the distant messaging - kinda on the other side of the Earth Pikachu was satisfied with his work attacking Venusaur. But, he was pondering what had happened to that boy. Glancing back at the tree, he witnessed Kingslayer's efforts into healing the boy - named Eric. That blade wasn't useless after all... Trudging over toward the tree, Pikachu stood before Eric and Kingslayer, while not paying attention to the knocked out Venusaur - he'd deal with him later, if at all. "Hello Kingslayer," Pikachu said, clearly impressed with his feats at healing Eric. "I was wrong about you and your blade. You prove to be an impressive human - part of a handful in your species. I still don't trust you enough to accept your offer, but I would like us to explore the rest of Kanto together, for now." (In Pikachu language) Transitioning into English, Pikachu added, "As for Eric, he may join us, although I'm not sure about his perception of me."

    Pikachu met Kingslayer's outstretched hand and shook it, just like these wretched humans do to each other. However, he could tolerate them because they aren't doing anything troublesome toward him. "Kingslayer... I can speak in your tongue," Pikachu mumbled. "Although, I like using my language better. I will reject your offer, as I do not know what you are talking about, in the slightest." (In English - I assume that's the language we all are speaking. By the way, he speaks in any 3-4 word combo of the name Pikachu, e.g Pika, chu, Pika Pika etc.) "But, I can take care of this Venusaur myself, your sword is worthless. As for the boy over there, I'll talk to him later, but I doubt he would stay if I approached." (In English - I'll point it out) Pikachu turned and faced the Venusaur, who was towering over his small body. Harnessing the electric reserves he controlled, he begun an attack, shouting, "Pika... CHUUUUUUUUU!" Sparks of electricity rushed out of his red cheeks, and focused it toward the Venusaur, creating his staple attack - the Thunderbolt. But this thunderbolt wasn't normal at all. In fact, it was 100,000 times more powerful. All that energy was pointed in one direction, just about to strike the grass and poison Pokemon.

    My bad - first time rp'ing properly. I'll try to just control my Pikachu (It's Pikachu not Noctis @KaladinsSenseOfHumourSpren) "Huh?" Pikachu questioned, "Who is that?" He waddled over toward the sound, wondering who would it be. He definitely saw a human face, possibly frightened - but he wanted to know who it was. Stumbling in the tall grass, Pikachu headed toward the trees, picturing what this run-in might look like. Just before he reached the forest, Pikachu heard another man. Someone pushing a cart. Who is this, Pikachu thinks. He's another human, with a bright expression on his face. I think they call it a 'smile.' Weird creatures humans. Weird creatures. Although, he was surprised. Most humans avoided him, maybe because they haven't really seen someone like him before. But this person walked up and talked to him! I probably should reply, Pikachu contemplated. "H... H.. Hello? What is this thread you are talking about kind sir?" What are you saying! Pikachu fumed at himself. Why are you being all kind to a species that avoids you on a daily basis!? But it felt right. It felt like he'd done this before. Somewhere. Somehow. How's my rp going? Is this alright?

    Holding his head, the child placed his hands firmly onto the ground and pushed himself up. He'd heard of these unnatural creatures, and didn't want any business with them. Even though he was mesmerized with the rumoured powers the creatures held, he sprinted across the field, hiding behind a tree, watching the creature's next move. Noctis was stuck in a bundle of grass, (I had to change the name because @KaladinsSenseOfHumourSpren said it's unoriginal and I can't do it?) contemplating what had just happened. He rolled over, quickly back on his feet. "What was that?" he questioned, wondering who would do such a thing. Scratching his yellow head, another jolt of electricity passed through him, waiting to strike on whoever came at him next. He couldn't see his previous assailant, and wanted to set things right. Strolling across the vast, sparsely populated island, he waited for his next challenge, wishing for adrenaline. Trees dotted the plain, a great source of shade when the sun beat down in summer. Noctis wished for such a season, but instead, he was met with the bloom of spring, which brought stinging bees. Set in what Pokemon knows as the Kanto region. (I know it's unoriginal, but I have plans). Ash exists somewhere, but no one knows where. His legend still lives on, and his Pikachu (now all Pikachu are called Noctis) ran off, ashamed to be with another trainer and despises humans. One of the most sought-after Pokemon by trainers, this Noctis is M.I.A, but hopefully he comes back soon - as a horror is about to unravel the ancient secrets of the land.

    Noctis gazes around, the lush green grass engulfing the plain he stepped foot in. (Or is it paw?) The blue sky, complimented with fuzzy balls of white is overhead, staring right down at him. A jolt runs through his tail, creating a small electricity bolt throughout his body. Shaking it off, Noctis continues walking, waiting for something to come upon him. "This is beautiful," he commented, as Noctis pondered about new beginnings.
