Granted, a friendly sentient weapon. It's a sword that does not cut but rather heal and it cannot ever be separated from its bearer without the bearer's death or permission. A tap with the pommel and even life-threatening diseases and injuries get healed in the blink of an eye. But one day the sword would stop healing and need to replenish itself. And you will be filled with the need to kill to refill its reserves. You cannot just let go of the sword. By the way, the sword replenishes itself by storing the years of a person killed by its blade. Kill a few children or kill many adults, your choice.

I wish for a cornucopia (a real one, with the ability to spew forth an infinite buffet of all kinds of dishes)

Granted, but the food will not be real, you will fill like you just ate huge meal but nutritiously you will gain nothing. So if you plan to survive on this you will die very soon.

"His colleagues are so infuriated with his sudden good fortune, due to his good work ethic, that, after his shift is over, they beat him up, take his money, and leave him on the doorstep of a rabid hair-dresser.

"So, you, little blue Ookla, got a free boone, but between you and me, it's still a bane."

Since, I can't see a wish that hasn't been answered, I guess I'll start this up again.

I wish that I could use the whole este, ese, aquel, etc, thing in Spanish correctly and fluently.
