The Nightwatcher informs you that EPA stands for Environmental Protection Agency, and they're after you because NO ONE NEEDS THAT MUCH WEED KILLER. The Nightwatcher doesn't get a chance to give you a bane, though, because the EPA breaks in and drags you away for being a hazard to the environment.
