Will inwardly cringed, he was terrible at dealing with children. He wasn't the kind of person who didn't like them, indeed, he thought they were wonderful.

That didn't stop them from terrifying the rot out of him.

Will inwardly cringed, he was terrible at dealing with children. He wasn't the kind of person who didn't like them, indeed, he thought they were wonderful.

She didn't know. Of course she didn't know. He was being paranoid again.

Will took a few forced deep breaths. Part of him wanted to leave for his room, but he did really want to speak with the Barkeep again, so he stayed. 

He moved over and sat at a table close to the bar for the time being. It was an awkward fit, with his bulky armor and the long sword at his side.

[The Aspiring Archivist any pronouns]

Polton worked in his room, reading Traces. Every use of magic left them, threads and remains. They each contained information, of you knew how to look. Not many people did.

That Decay spirit had been especially powerful, which was helpful. The Traces were stronger. It didn't make the process and calculations much faster, but it was easier on him, at least.

A fiery thread appeared in the air to his eyes, trailing from his freshly glowing staff. Lovely.
