No, you weren't. The shelter is large, and still filled with dirt. Everything you've done has seemed mostly ineffective. Your hands are covered in dirt.

"Well, it's not like I have to lift it." Nilo drags the branch, slowly, toward the rock. He tries to stick one end just bellow the rock, then put his whole weight on it, hoping he'll be heavy enough.

Elsie arrived at the shelter. She saw someone nearby the shelter as well as another tribute in the foliage nearby. They seemed to be watching the other tribute as well. 

She decides to wait a while to see what the others do and to not make any more noise.
