Eclair enters the med wing, trips on a lose part of her makeshift bandages, that remember they're not made for this and fail, causing her to let out a brutal cry of sharp pain as her innards splat the floor.

Meanwhile, Mead dreams sweet dreams, wagging his tail(s?) happily.

Tim hesitated, and a tear appears on his face. “I killed him. I killed Charlie. Would a good person do that?”

Disclaimer: murder is bad. Veer is a vigilante, and a fictional characters made by a teenager is probably not the best source for morality advice in general.

Veer puts a hand on his shoulder (not the metal hand - he’s still not risking that). “You feel bad about it, and that makes you a good person. Even if you know it was probably the right thing to do, and he would keep hurting people if you didn’t, you still feel bad. That’s good. Stay that way, if you can.”

Veer catches Eclair with magic, as though she bounced off an invisible surface before she hit the ground.

Eclair lands in a pile of her entrails, being grievously pained by this, in spite of the kind intentions. She howls in agony as landing on one's own stomach and being tied up in your own intestines is not very pleasant.

So you want Eclair to get hurt? Veer does have trouble using telekinesis on things that aren’t rigid, so we can say that Elcair apparently falling apart is stopping him from catching her correctly.

Yes. She's already hurt, just her bandages are of trash quality.

Snap. Eclair winces in strong pain as some important looking sinew breaks.

"GAH!!! Are you just- *hisss* just gonna stand there? Or will you help me out here?"

She adjusts her tiara, trying not to dirty her few remaining ties to her past life as a princess.

just realised most of my characters are royalty, having ran from their comforts for one reason or another.

Lerac glanced at her as she left, then turned back to the others.

Insa folded her arms.

“We’re going with you. End of discussion. You can try to kick us out or leave us behind but we’ll find a way to catch up or be involved.”

Lerac just looked at her, beginning to seem truly frustrated for the first time in the conversation.

"I... I'm going to go check on my son. You all can plan however you need to." She walked away, going to her and Gem's room.

@Ancient Elantrian

Gem opened the door when she knocked, hair slightly disheveled and looking very tired.

What happening?

Twelve. And she’s just coming back so he’s not alone. Lerac, Insa, and Bookwyrm are doing a plot I wasn’t really involved in/didnt have anything to say

She smiled sadly, not saying a word as she pulled him in for a hug.

He grumbled something, then relented and wrapped his arms around her. “Morning. I think.”

Veer looks at her in alarm. “What happened?” @InfiniteInsanity, the actual doctor present.

Eclair, with the pain finally getting to her, mutters: "Need... aid... please... h-hurts..."

she ends up devolving into blubbering gibberish, practically sobbing, rocking back and forth. She accidently rips one of her ears, trying to stroke said ear in an attempt to calm down, thus having the opposite effect.

forgot to mention, she's still made of pastry, so her Ludacris gore is toned down somewhat by it being lemon-wasabi-ghost pepper custard.

“It’s not been a full day yet. But, you’ve been through a lot today. Do you want to sit down?”

"Sure." He lets her in, and promptly collapses back on his bed.

Ella looked her over.

“Can you please tell me what happened?”

Insa glanced at Bookwyrm.

I don’t know what to do now. I don’t think I’m helping anything.
