I say "screw this" and call Wayne to counteract the effects of the slow time, then take the sandwich and teleport out.

Stuck with light at a mere 3 km/h, walking can cause time dilation. 

Which is why I rely on Quantum Tunneling to escape instead with 18142. I then acquire the Ninth Heightening and use Complex Investiture to create an even more powerful Nightblood.

I then go to the Cognitive Realm for some time.
