    Rayse and Bavadin were friends once i believe or at least Hoid curses them with the same breath But i think all the current Shards have been Holding their respective Shards too long to have retained their own individuality, basically their indistinguishable from their Shards intent. Im sure im in the minority but i don't believe they are friends anymore or working together anymore, since it is impossible to retain their personalities Odium is pure Hatred and i don't believe he could have associates or equals only minions and enemies. I think Autonomy is posing as Trell and trying to intervine because of Sazed handing Scadrial/Elendel pretty much everything, they have not progressed and do not venture out into the wider world... Autonomy basically meas Self Governing and Freedom i think the Shard Autonomy would take issue with the way Sazed acted and is attracting his ire for it.

    Love this theory. Spiked while out on duty Worldhopping. Maybe the "Other Shard" is using her as a test subject or a probe to see if the method is effective and testing Harmonys defenses.... Shard Warfare...

    I agree!! +1 I don't want them as a couple but I think they should be more than strangers and that's what Brandon's doing. Giving them individual links and deepening the relationships between characters. I totally get the bonding thing between them though. Given their damaged pasts and down in the chasms opening up to each other and being honest about themselves. They all need more than just fighting the same war to bind them together, they need individual relationships between characters. When Shallan finds out about Amarams disgrace and Dalinar casually mentions what he did to Kal and his/Helarans Shardblade There will be a conflict in her regarding the Kal she new in the chasms and the one who killed her brother.

    Hahaha!! You guys are right, I know I'm im projecting but it just hits me so hard because I could have never said something like that. It just took me by surprise. I liked Wayne but it was just a bit of a shock is all. Thanks for the perspective. Well I'd say 100% order on the surface, we got our first glimpse that she likes a little danger in AOL and a bit more in SOS... Well more than a little I hope she gets more screen time and doesn't just vanish for 2/3 of the book I like the character progress she has made.

    I'd say that they are both a like and respect each other and are maybe a little infatuated with each other, they have something in common with their troubled past and they view each other with a little awe and curiosity, Kal sees her as strong and doing what needs to be done and how her spirit was not broken by what happened to her and she sees all that Kal has suffered and sees how it shaped him into the man he is. I don't think it's love but they both see themselves as broken and are a little fascinated by the other who they do not think of as broken... I'd say this could go either way but i'd be lying. Kal wouldn't go after Adolins girl and Shallan wouldn't jeopardize a beneficial marriage alliance. I doubt either of them would really

    I would hate them being a couple. I love Kal and I like Shalan and Adolin but I think they will be together And Kal I think wants them to be a couple too. I think Brandon just enjoys character conflict, Kal and Adolin have just started being friends I can't imagine Kal trying to steal his girl or Shallan suddenly deciding to opt out of a very beneficial marriage after everything that's happened.

    Dude....like serious Upvotes for the sheer amount of time and effort you put in for that. It's a nice theory and I like it but I will side with Yata on this one, I'm fully expecting her to be reincarnated in the next Mistborn Trilogy.

    I know he is being defensive and I always expected him to be a little stand offish but calling her "crazy", "repulsive" and making zero effort to even try to get to know her just nettles me a little.

    Why didn't the Lord Ruler destroy the Lerasium at the Well of Ascention? Is it because he couldn't physically destroy it or because it would return to Ruin?

    OFFICIALLY LOVE Steris. She really grew on me! Which is surprising but not unwelcome. The first reread i had to reread her scenes because i kept liking her more and more. I loved the end scene she had with Wax. I don't really like Marassi x Wax that much... it's starting to feel a bit like Egwene and Randish.. Also i like Wayne but it quite annoyed me when he was disrespectful to Steris.. It just seemed a little uncalled for..

    I don't think he's an alcoholic. I think when he does something he just does it to the hilt But seriously though perhaps something else happened earlier to put him in a mood? At a party/ Peace Conference i don't think anybody was really expecting an Assassin anyway and it's not like he had any knowledge of Gavilars little clique and what they were scheming so he had no idea about other possible threats or likely causes to be on guard. Truth be told i quite like the new.. well old Dalinar but you know what i mean. He was portrayed as this total bad chull by a nation who promotes War, Battle and Strength. A man even Sadeas respected and was weary of, i like him like this is because he is what every Alethi aspires to be and how he will grow to be what every Alethi should aspire to be. If he was 19 and exactly the same. There would be nothing to work on for his character growth.

    Harmony is probably the most powerful Shardholder in the Cosmere but also the most limited. So i imagine he is even less likely to be able to alter his own Eco-Magic System than the other remaining Shards. I find it interesting that his two Shards seem to conflict and hinder him more than level each other out though.....

    I think he seems likely to have some ability to conceal himself from Shards but i think he mostly Shielded himself because he has a specific beef with Rayse/Odium personally from what i gathered he seemed to quite like Ati before he got his Shard. Where i assume Rayse has a specific dislike aimed at Hoid he might be activly looking for him. Odium himself is not on Roshar but in fact on Braize although he is still felt on Roshar. Hoid has also been on Braize personally and the fact that he's still in tact seems he can shield himself from Odium on Braize he could from Ruin on Scadrial.

    Can somebody tell me if Darlin was still working for Rand when he joined Egwene? I always had a theory that he and Rand worked up his reply to Egwenes letter together but it's not in the Companion?

    Could you imagine Hoid's future jokes about being "Specially Endowed?" I doubt Frost would be able to put up with him as their God...

    Can you store things while you sleep? Like because Brandon has been trolling us for years.. Hoid is old but he hasn't been "awake and alert" could he storing what he needs to keep functioning?

    I thought Returned were capable of enhanced speed? Denth was a master Swordsman before he was Returned then he was enhanced by becoming one, I'm not denying he had the ability to Worldhop and he may have done but i don't think he was spiked.

    I always thought that Hoid doesn't really fight or kill and Kelsier indiscriminately kills frequently is the reason they don't get along. I don't think Hoid would confide in him that he is in fact the most powerful non-Shard character in the Cosmere. I think it was just their individual mentality which would make them clash.

    I always imagine him as a reluctant Anti-Hero, He has an Agenda, he is willing to let Roshar burn for it though it would grieve him. He double crossed Shai but gave her a potential escape route. He meddles and interferes but doesn't directly kill people, he's not a butcher. Also he is partially insane and the most powerful non-Shard character in the Cosmere.

    Despite what we have seen recently the Alethi are considered prudes and refined. For instance when Relis insulted Adolins father even the people in his little clique were a little taken aback. Thats not how they do things haha besides what would you say? Hey MR Highprince i heard your elite Shardbearing champion son and heir was sent running screaming out of a stadium by a Darkeyed former slave with only a broken spear? Could you imagine the backlash? Relis was sent back to Kholinar immediately... im looking forward to him and Kal meeting up when he passes through Kholinar. Come on guys....everybody heard that...
