even if she said it as a child would it count would she really understand the meaning of the words it was said somewhere that lightweavers operated a bit differently with their spren maybe they get a blade right away the whole stormfather thing seems odd that his bond would give the same powers as what ever spren normally make bondsmiths maybe there is something more here

the new letter mentions a dead gemstone also might be referring to an Aether

anyone else think the gemstone is from liar of partinel those gems that you could talk to called Aethers there was also a pink gemstone in the ghostblood lair could be connected

i haven't seen anyone mention this but it seems to me that squires can hold stormlight but without bond that the radiants have and don't have any surges. but how since there seems to only be 1 of every type of radiant around at the moment are they potential radiants that have the qualitys to become one but no free spren to bond with or maybe they bond lesser spren that give no abilitys and this is what we see at the end of the book with lopin and those other random soldiers

this still seems questionable to me considering how high up they where he fell for something like 1 to 2 mins i don't think they brain would last long enough after a shardblade strike to the spine then hitting the ground and then the time i took for darkness to get to the landing spot

hard to say. powers on scadrial worked regardless of what was going on with the shards, and the shards powers where in flux a lot during those books

do you guys think there needs to be an order in which adonalsuim needs to be reformed in. like 2 shards that would just reject being fused together and would need to be added to a greater whole. also i agree with the idea that the holder has an impact on the shard just to a lesser extent so reforging them would end up with them having all be slightly changed over thousands of years. if the shard has its own cognitive aspect and that aspect effects its holder anything sentient has its own cognitive aspect itself and should effect the shard also. granted its magnitudes weaker then the shard but we are talking over very long periods of time. i wonder if it could be put back together and they were close together when it happened why not one of the people there tried to put it back together. they had to have been taken up by different people intentional or we would see more combined shards as the first few of them made a scramble for more shards although we don't know if the shards were close at the time but we know hoid was there and knew everyone that now holds a shard before hand plus once a shard was picked up distance wouldn't matter he could just dash around yolen and grab the rest wow i rambled on more then i had intended
