the most useless uses for useful powers

How curious. This would be the same Lord a Ruler who found himself bested by a mere street thief? I think thou shall find Vin and the lady Elsa have much in common, Lord Ruler. And that you shall shudder. (Why am I baiting the Adminstorm, this can't end well lol) Brainwashing? Who mentioned the use of such a crude technique! Why, if there are any who indoctrinate their followers with blind loyalty, it's the Featherclan! The FeatherMonsters favourite thing in the world is all about cults and reprogramming people! Here at the court we merely... enlighten the ignorant as to the virtues and qualities of Her Majesty, Elsa Steelheart. Are we to be held accountable for what they (in their righteous duty) do? Indeed your majesty! I believe congratulations are in order!

Excalibur. Anduril. Callandor. Oathbringer. Ice. Let's face it, if there's one fantasy trope that is too awesome to ever die, it's naming weapons. So, I thought I'd open the floor to anyone who has one of those awesome pieces of fantastic engineering; do you have a weapon, or even a title, which you think is awesome?

HEY. I'm the bad guy traitor who stabbed his allegiances in the back and helped crown a new monarch! Where's my shipping wars?!

Wait. You mean we can revive Fatal Memory Error Spren? Why haven't we already done that? (Another 'that'd be a cool add-on vote, for what it's worth.)

Clearly due to the failings of other clans, or they would be as far ahead as we are. In either case, Newcagos superiority has been proven.
-
Thirty pages. Let me repeat. Thirty pages. In about two weeks. I believe that puts Newcago as one of the largest threads on the forum, and as such, makes Elsa queen of the board. (Seriously thirty pages? Wow. This forums activity skyrocketed.)

GTA: Nalthis? I'd LOVE to see the news' reaction to that.

I'd love to read comic con happening on the world of the epics. "Er...so this year...we're going to be rebooting out the movies and-" "No. You aren't. "

They appear to have moved beyond black magic to astrology. Why is this important? Because astrology is the study of stars, stars are in the universe, and another word for the universe is cosmos. Cosmos. Cosmere. I'm going back to my theory that the spam bots are gaining self-awareness and are attempting to communicate with us. EDIT Hmm, back to black magic. Maybe the astrology was an evolutionary leap forward in intelligence that it wasn't ready for?

Meant to say this sooner, but WARBREAKER GAME, YES. ...anyway, I'm not here for long, so I just have one suggestion to make. Breath is the hardest magic system to get more of, since it needs to be given away, not taken. Hemalurgy probably could steal it, so I guess that would work as a gameplay mechanic, but I had an alternative that might be interesting to consider: What if throughout the game you don't earn breaths, you unlock commands? As an example... you start off with, say, 10 breaths. You can 'equip' breaths to items to Awaken them, and unequip them at anytime to get the breath back. You start with a very limited number of commands, but as you go through the game you unlock more, meaning you have to choose which commands to use, what items to awaken and how much breath to invest in them; breaths could be a purchasable resource (for absurd amounts of money, of course) meaning as the game goes on, and more options open to you, it gets harder to max out a particular ability, but you could have a range of options.

Well... When you had to pick a power, you chose Awakening. Anyone who recognises the supremacy of Warbreaker can't be all that bad. (And... Sorry. Hope you realise I'm kidding; I'm gotten used to playing a sneaky, underhanded Knave-like person a, and it spills over sonetimes. Seriously though, welcome. Mind if I ask what you like to read besides Brandon?)

No, because he's Hawkeye he'd need to keep both eyes on me. Because Green Arrow is the superior archer.
-
Her Majesty, Queen Elsa, is both honourable and noble. I on the other hand am considered the greatest traitor in this sub- forum, and thus invite you to the Court of Newcago! And, of course, there can be no doubt that the Court is by far the most powerful entity upon these lands; one need only look at it's rapid growth to see that as truth.
-
LISTEN YOU. I may not have any archery training, but I was here first, so don't you go trying to steel my thunder! I shall permit you to be my Hawkeye. But I'll be keeping an eye on you.

Sweet Harmony- Chaos, do you mean they're evolving. Suddenly I'm morally conflicted about zapping them! It's like a sci-fi movie, except instead of Roy Batty having seen things your eyes wouldn't believe, he's seen a black magic specialist baba ji.
-
WARBREAKER. I need to start sigging this... Warbreaker, to my mind, is the best Cosmere novel currently published. It might have it's problems, but it's also my favourite. It's a great follow-up to Mistborn, since it feels both similar and distinct to it, like Mistborns broken reflection.

...Thou mention the Platypi, and then the Spamstorm comes? I believe we have found the masters of these infernal bots!

For the attention of the spam bots: Thank you for the offer to cast love, but we are not interested. Offer to teach Cast Firaga and then we'll talk.

Far be it from me to contradict thou, my princess... but sleepign all day makes Koala's the Australian Rainbow Dash. They are therefore 20% cooler than Kangaroos. Tis science. Though, I have to admit... just how common are kangaroos? I take their depiction in movies and television with a pinch of salt. If they really are as bouncy and skilled at fighting as media claims, then they should have become the dominant species by now. That they haven't concerns me. WHAT ARE THEY PLANNING?
-
Perhaps we can demand coerce persuade some of the local artists to take on a commission. It seems somewhat inadequate for the Queen and Princess of Newcago to share a design with those of their subjects. Perhaps it should be somethign more regal, more suitable to their noble bearing. Or involve koalas.
