  1. Sart looked over at Thorot (Jondesu). The argument that they shouldn't reveal their partners was simply false. The main argument was that it would protect day players from the eliminator kill. That was simply untrue. Since they would be communicating during the night thread, they would most likely be echoing their other halves. Thus, their night halves would be targeted, Having identities hidden was much more beneficial to the eliminators. It essentially doubled their strength, as their was no reason for them to have logic consistent with their day selves. In addition, it made it easier to analyze the remarks of night players. For most players, it would be pointless to analyze the night players, because they couldn't do anything about them. They were ineligible for voting unless their day-partners were revealed. Sart had decided to reveal his partner's identity, but he needed permission first. He was the muscle, not the brains of their partnership. After all, who could match his immaculate body? (Note: Sart may or may not be a balding, middle-aged man with a bear gut) He wondered who Jondesu had on his side. It would be nice for analysis at least.
  2. Sart realized that he was looking at Bart's name the wrong way. It wasn't an attempt to impersonate him, as if anyone could do that. Rather, the man was clearly trying to pay him homage. "Ah Sart Jr, " he belched, having taken one too many purple wine goblets. (Note: He may or may not have been drinking orange wine goblets instead). "You sure is sounding a little funny" he continued, "Your line about Len seems kind of off to me, but I want to hear from your buddy first. Wait, if you're Sart Jr, does that make him Sart the III? Anyways, are we revealing partners? I know yours is Sart the III, but I bet you don't know mine. Mine's actually..." He theatrically grabbed his guitar, and began playing.
  3. Warning: The following song contains strong language. I'm not trying to violate the etiquette rules, so please, listen at your own discretion. Having said that... Sart once again began singing. This was going to get ugly quickly, so he had to make the first move. That man, Bart, had an extremely similar name to him. Perhaps that scoundrel was trying to impersonate him! As if anyone could imitate his perfect voice. (Note: Sart's voice may or may not sound worse than the dying scream of a diseased chull)
  4. Sart surveyed the land, and soaked in the beauty. He then ruined that beauty by playing a rock song. "Ah," thought Sart, "it was truly great to be a bard."
  5. And now it's time for... Me actually being active in this game! Sorry about being radio silent. I find it very hard to focus on two games at a time, and I had grown very attached to the AG3. Still not an excuse, but now that that game is over with, I can actually do some analysis. I'll be using a color scheme for this. Green means confirmed good. Red means confirmed evil. Grey means confirmed dead (There aren't any zombies, are there? ). Orange means that they used an extra life. Black is for players who are still alive. Let's start by going post through post. There's only 11 pages, and 2 of that is just signups. Alvron votes for Magestar: It's the first vote, and kind of a joke. Ecth reprimands Alvron for the joke: Nothing to say here. Lopen reprimands Ecth for the reprimand: Troll joe could be trolly. Phattemer votes on Lopen: Joke train. Magestar votes on Lopen: Late to the joke train, or was it intentional? Doc votes on Phattemer: So many jokes. Phattemer votes on Doc: Fix the joke Stick votes on Drought: Not really part of the joke... Silver votes on Stick: Still part of the joke. Conquestor votes on Silver: See jokes. Arinian votes on Conquestor: Too many jokes. Bartimaeus votes on Arinian: Even more jokes Jondesu votes on Bartimaeus: Seriously? Assassin votes on Jondesu: A vote on a villager. Too bad it's still the joke train. Bugsy tries to stop the madness: Probably a good idea. Magestar retracts his vote on Lopen: No suspicion, apparently. Phattemer is using the vote train for analysis, votes on Bugsy: Interesting tactic, not sure I agree, but still interesting. Jondesu thinks Bugsy is just trying to gain trust: This seems opportunistic to me, but he was later revealed as villager. Arinian and Magestar agree that it is a little bit dangerous. Bugsy agrees that he attacked Rae the same way: I'm liking Bugsy's posts right now. Alvron thinks that Bugsy could be playing us: Seems counterproductive, and just incites more suspicion. Phattemer votes for Jondesu: Can't really blame him for that. Jondesu is just using his gut: I can see why people became suspicious of that. Silver votes for the GM: Good job? Alvron argues that coinshots should hit inactives: It's a fair point, I suppose. Given the lack of inactive deaths though, I guess he isn't a coinshot. Arinian, Straw, Ecth, and Doc join the GM bandwagon: More joke votes Conquestor thinks the jokes are a waste of time: I agree with him here. Ecth leaves the vote chain for Straw: His logic is the third vote on a bandwagon is an eliminator. I don't really buy that, especially on a joke vote. Daniyah votes for Doc based on his gut: That's not very good logic. Darkness votes for Joe: Not sure I like that move after the joke is dying. Lopen uses his gut to vote on Bugsy: That rubs me the wrong way. At least this far into my analysis, I trust Bugsy. Elenion votes for Seonid on inactivity grounds: That's fair. Seonid responds to the thread, not wanting to vote: Considering I basically did the same thing, I can't fault him for this. Bugsy votes on Stick because he didn't jump off the vote train: It's not self-preservation, which is an interesting strategy for an eliminator. However, he did know he had an extra life... Elenion votes for Jondesu: Village on village action. Ecth votes for Bugsy: I don't see how Bugsy's words sound bad. They sound pretty good to me honestly. This increases my suspicion of Ecth. Bugsy reveals he is a thug: Yep, still reading as villager. I'm going to have egg on my face if he's evil. Bugsy votes for Jondesu: It's last minute self-preservation. A little bit less villager-y than his other actions, but I still trust him. Daniyah is killed: It's a very odd kill to me, unless she had claimed her items. Bugsy survives his execution. Vote manipulation is in play. Well, that's all of cycle one. That day makes me suspect Ecth and Alvron. I'm going to eat soon, but I should have time tonight to analyze the other 5 pages.
  6. "Hasing the being of being of right." Sart sighed. Apparently, his Lurcher theory wasn't that plausible. That was fine. He was imagining it was another Spiked Mistborn claiming Lurcher, but Whistler's logic was sound. If they could protect themselves, then they would not be lying to a confirmed villagers. "Hasing the being of not of being of right of ising." However, her attack on Sart made no sense. She was saying that Stink was a villager and that Mage was a villager and that the eliminators wanted "every mislynch they could get." There was, according to her own words, a mislynch going on to STINK. He had tied up the votes to save both of them. Why would an eliminator do that? It would be incredibly notable, and generate a huge amount of suspicion. It would backfire spectacularly. Having no lynch on an innocent person is not an eliminator tactic. They agreed that STINK was most likely innocent. Why then were his actions suspicious?
  7. Sart contemplated his options. There was no point in running. He had no Allomancy to protect him. He could try abandoning his High Imperial, but that would be abandoing his gag. He refused to do that. Then he remembered something odd that was said a couple of days ago. "Ising the being of wasing of self?" @Metacognition Could a Lurcher target himself? It would seem unlikely, as that would make them immune from death during the night. He supposed it could be a possibility, but he wanted to make sure either way. If a Lurcher could not protect themselves, then Jack Tormander had been lied to. That would be extremely odd, as Jack was a confirmed villager. That would cast two nights ago in an entirely different light. The Spiked might have purposefully attacked Jack, so that one of their own could "save" the man's life. It was a stretch but it was something worth investigating. Unfortunately, the town did not know the name of this mysterious lurcher. However, Sart could make a pretty good guess. Joe's suspicion list contained vital clues. According to Joe, Jondesu, Araris, Jondesu, and Sart himself had claimed either smoker, thug, or roleless, as was Sart's case. In addition, he had forgotten to PM STINK, so the madman was out of the running. Wonko was nowhere to be found, and Conquestor had only recently shown up. Thus, there were only four real candidates for the Spiked "Lurcher" Once again, Sart found himself suspicious of Joe's trust list: Wilson, Wyrm, Stick, and Hero. He wouldn't be surprised if that ended up being the list of the remaining Spiked. On the subject of lists, Sart was being attacked for his list. He held the list up high as he stated, "Ising the being of truth." The list he had created was based on voting record, pure and simple. If someone had voted for a villager while an eliminator was near the block, then they were immediately suspicious in his mind. He admitted that it contained some bias, but what analysis did not? Many had criticized him on his choices, but he tried to work using the evidence at hand. He was also being attacked for his last two votes. "Wasing the being of Assassin of self-defense. Wasing the being of Magestar of saving." Both of the previous two lynches were being characterized wrongly. He had accumulated two votes while Assassin had three. He decided to vote on Assassin to preserve his own self in case of vote manipulations, in addition to putting a vote on someone who voted for Rae instead of Nyal. In retrospect, he should've put Assassin higher on his trust list, since the man did help lynch Dalinar. The next day, two of his biggest suspicions, Stick and Wyrm, were voting for Stink. Sart was fairly neutral on the madman. If he was an eliminator, he hadn't been helping his team very much by being so inactive. Therefore, Sart decided to place a vote on Magestar, in order to tie the vote. He had trusted the Smoker, but he wanted more discussion from both sides of the lynch. He was also paranoid that Herowannabe was watching the thread without saying anything, and was thus implicitly endorsing the lynch. He wasn't intending for Joe to switch his vote. and lynch someone he trusted. He stood by his suspicions in his list, and hoped the other villagers would see it his way. Although, if he was honest, he suspected that mostly Spiked were voting for him. He had tried his best to help this village. Did they forget that he defended Rae and voted for Nyali? Why did they discount his words because they were accented? Well, there wasn't any point worrying about it now. The village was running very low on people. He doubted the town had a chance. If he were to die, at least he would be defiant. Sart smiled. He wondered if his gag would piss off the dead.
  8. "Ising the being of willing of wasing. Ising the being of Herwynbe of evil. Being the willing of willing of being." Sart needed more time to prepare his defense, but his vote needed to be heard now.
  9. I'm going to be honest, I am not following this game right now. I tend to focus on one game at a time, and I've becoming very invested in the AG right now. I'm still going to participate, but I will be more active once the other game ends.
  10. Sart ran to the gallows. "Hasing the being of doubt of both. Being the ising of Mage. Being the ising of being. Hasing the being of willing." The village needed more time to discuss this lynch. They were running out of people, and they couldn't afford another mislynch. In addition, the person being lynched was being voted on by his two main suspicions, while the Terris steward lurked in the shadows. Therefore, Sart had decided to tie up the lynch. It might have been foolhardy, but it was the only action he could live with.
  11. "Wasing the being of voting. Ising the being of defending of not." Sart had mostly based his analysis on voting patterns. He had seen Herwynbe's vote on Rae as a tacit defense of Nyal. He understood that analyzing posts were important, but he had been more concerned with getting his analysis out on time. If that lead to misconceptions, then he supposed he was sorry for them.
  12. Signing up as... You know, I'm starting to run out of names based off of my username, so let's just call him Bart.
  13. @Metacognition I retracted my vote on Wyrm to place one on Assassin. Not that it mattered, but I just want to be sure there isn't any vote manipulation going on. Sart sighed. "Ising the being of not of being? Aming the being of ising. Ising the not of being of areing." Those two weren't making any sense. The steward was claiming that his analysis was lopsided. If it was, what exactly was lopsided? Herwynbe hadn't pointed out where he disagreed. In addition, Stick had claimed that he was acting in an unsuspicious way, which made him suspicious. That logic was so flawed he didn't know where to begin. Perhaps Sart wasn't suspicious because he wasn't Spiked. It seemed obvious that those two were Spiked, but he worried that the village couldn't rally enough support to lynch them. The numbers weren't on their side, but Sart would go down swinging.
  14. "Hasing the ising of voting. Being the fearing of wasing of ising. Being the not of Wyrm to being the ising of Assassin in Burgundy." Sart (2): Herowannabe, Araris Herowannabe (1): Joe Wilson (0): Orlok Wyrm (0): Sart Assassin in Burgundy (4): Magestar, Stink, Orlok, Sart Stink (1): Wyrm
  15. Sart stared at Jack. The fool had gone and made a list without any vestige of proof. Even worse, he was due to be lynched if the idiots actually followed the man's plan. Apparently the man couldn't be Spiked, so killing him was off the table, at least for now. "Being the wasing of ising of back. Ising the being of ising." With that proclamation, Sart pulled out his own list. Loathe as he was to abandon the gag, he decided to put a translation on his writing so that the town could understand. Abundance Org (Wonko): "Ising the being of good of wasing" The man had been scanned, but was too much of a coward to hide his face. Jack Tormander (A Joe in the Bush): "Ising the being of hasing. Ising the being of not of willing of hasing." He had information that apparently related to several people, possibly exonerating them. @A Joe in the Bush what do you know about Stick and Herwynbe? Elbereth (El): "Being the ising of being of aming. Hasing the being of ising." Sart agreed with almost all of her thoughts. Now that the girl was focusing, he trusted her with his life. Senn Conrad (Seonid): "Wasing the ising of being. Hasing the ising of not." The nobleman had one of the best voting records out of all of them. Sart just wished he would show his face. Remart (Jondesu): "Being the killing of Nyah. Hasing the not of ising of Herwynbe." The glutton was most likely good due to his actions of Day 4. He also didn't like the Terris steward much. Locke Tekiel (OrlokTsubodai): "Being the ising of wasing of being. Being the ising of being." The nobleman had finally come out of his hideout, and was finally participating. Sart doubted the man was evil. Carmichael (Magestar): "Being the voting of good of wasing." Other than the vote on Nyah, Carmichael had a solid voting record. Unfortunately, the narcissist had gone quiet as of late. The Crazy Person with No Name (Stink): "Hasing the being of not. Wasing the being of laughing." Although he voted for himself on day one, that man's bravado had quickly fled, and he was currently in hiding. Sart didn't think the Spiked would pull that kind of stunt. Mr. Hoid (Conquestor): "Hasing the being of wasing of ising of Remart (Jondesu)" That clown was way too focused on Jondesu. For some reason, that made Sart want to trust him, but he couldn't be sure. Herwynbe (Herowannabe): "Being the ising of wasing and willing. Hasing the being of Nyah." The steward confused Sart. He wasn't sure if the man was Spiked or not. His defense of Nyal made Sart suspicious, but his other actions were more benign. Whistler (Little Wilson): "Hasing the being of hasing of wasing of death. Hasing the ising of why." Likewise, the whistler was also on Sart's watch list. She had been attacked though, which made Sart want to trust her. Aralis (Araris Valerian): "Being the ising of wasing of not of Fuzzy (Assassin in Burgundy) Being the not of ising." The old man had focused a lot on Assassin. That wasn't a bad thing, but in recent days, Aralis was actually following Fuzzy's lead, which struck Sart as odd. Fuzzy (Assassin in Burgundy): "Being the lynching of Reginald (Dalinar) Hasing the ising of not" The Jaist had lynched Dalinar, but that was the only good thing he had done. He wasn't even praising the Ja anymore! Wyl Sharpe (Wyrmhero): "Ising the wasing of being of Nyal. Ising the being of evil of wasing." The guardsman had voted for Nyal, but that might have been a disguising tactic. Sart also remembered that Wyl had never voted for Reginald (Dalinar). Stick (Stick): "Ising the being of Stick of being the evil." The man hadn't done anything good for the village. He might simply be incompetent, but Sart doubted it. There. That list should refute Jack's arguments. Now he just need to get Jack to see his way of thinking. It would be difficult to do that while talking in High Imperial, but Sart was up for the challenge.
  16. "Hasing the escaping of one of Joe (Hemalurgic Headshot). Being of death of knowledge. Hasing of not the escaping of two." Honestly, Sart was surprised they hadn't lynched the man sooner. He didn't care how well the man cooked, it was high time for Joe faced his maker. Sart was a little hurt by Jack's accusation though. He supposed he was suspicious because he talked in High Imperial. He could stop, but where would the fun be in that? Did they actually think he would drop the gag because his life was in danger? "Being the wasing of ising of hasing the being of ising of hasing." he replied saucily. "Hasing the being of willing of being. Hasing the being of being of willing." He walked off, humming. He wondered how they would parse that one. Then again, knowing those morons, they wouldn't even try. It would be interesting to see their translation though. Ah well. Idle thoughts would get him nowhere. He had work to do.
  17. Being the wasing of Stick . Ising the hasing of voting of innocents.
  18. "Hasing the being of voting!" cried Sart, as he posted a large list in the town square. "Being the ising of spikes. Hasing the being of wasing." They couldn't afford to forget what voting patterns were like, so this information was critical. "Hasing the being of suspicion of Stick. Hasing the vote of evil." Honestly, there was nothing clearing the strange man of being Spiked, and there was plenty of evidence that he was. Why hadn't that man been accused yet? Sart didn't know, but he was going to find some answers. 19. "Ising the confusion of the first. Being the being of not. Ising the confusion of Joe (Hemalurgic Headshot) Wasing the not of being of ising." The village had nothing to go on day one, so it wasn't exactly surprising that Joe had ended up on the wrong side of that argument. He doubted that the eliminators would want to stick together, especially if it would draw suspicion on them. Sart wasn't sure why they were going back to that argument, when there was a much juicier target. "Ising the logic of dung of ten. Wasing of being the morons of fourth." That mob was attrociously bad. Nearly killing the person who first advocated the lynch of an Eliminator was terrible logic. Any reflection on the previous events would have drawn that conclusion, but instead the morons immediately latched onto her reluctance to deal the final blow. It was pathetic, but it had yielded a strong list of suspects. It was time to run through them. "Being the ising of danger of death. Having of Nyal (Nyali) of first ising. Being the spiked of evil. Having the second of Nicki of Rin (Doc12). Being of not of being. Ising of third of Nicki of Ryth (SilverBlade). Having the not of words. Being the rush? Having the tie of bad of Fuzzy (Assassin in Burgundy). Hasing the not of god of Ja. Being the strange of Stick (I_am_a_Stick). Hasing the being of wasing of speaking. Being of logic of weak. Hasing the history of Herwynbe (Herowannabe)" Being the not of logic of vote. Hasing the not of being on Nyali of fifth. Hasing the being of talk of Nicki. Being the lack of reflection of Spiked. Hasing the mob of Wyl Sharpe (Wyrmhero). Being of not of wasing. Hasing of time of talking. Being the regret of Carmichael (Magestar). Ising the wasing of Nicki of being of Nyal. Ising also of Wyl. Being the attack of Whistler (Little Wilson). Hasing the logic of Thugs of being. Being of wasing of Jack Tormander (Joe in the Bush). Having the being of good of Seeking. Having of wasing of being of fools of these. Being the evil of being of one." He hoped the others had understood his speech. He supposed he could stop talking in slang, but where was the fun in that? Still, he needed to make the point clear. There was a severe lack of logic during that lynching. The first voters were especially odd. Ryth (Silverblade) barely talked at all before placing a vote. Fuzzy was clearly misinterpreting the Ja, if that even was his religion. At this point, it was getting hard to tell. Stick's logic was bad, although to be fair, sticks weren't known to have the best of logic. At least it apologized. But by far the most suspicious, in his eyes, was the Terris steward. Herwynbe (Herowannabe) had been talking with Nicki throughout the game. He should have realized something was off about the argument. In addition, he conveniently voted for the person with the most votes after Nyal. It rang very false to Sart. Only time would tell what they thought of his logic though.
  20. "Having the best of cats of logic. Having the accusal of the first. Wasing the being of wasing. Verifying Nicki. Accusing Nyah of Spiking."
  21. Hasing of Lurcher of Spikes? Getting of pulls of Mistborn. Using the proof of was.
  22. "Hasing made the mistake. Hiding in bush of target. Being Jack and Joe" Sart realized he had been foolish. He was trying to vote for Jack, who was lurking and not voting. That seemed different than what Sart expected of the man. Perhaps Jack was trying to let the chaos of today lynch an innocent bystander.
  23. "Forgiving of the lurking. Dragging of the having of Conquestor." Sart said sheepishly. "Finding the vote of Joe of not of having the having of suspicion." Sart prodded. "Having the not of ising of suspicion. Hoping of the playing of confusion. Being in the aming of the wasing." He hoped that made sense.
  24. "Hasing the active of not of Conquestor. Missing the Conquestor of Sunday. Running to wards of back of mob. Fighting the El on the Nyal. Wasing the was of the not. Being the stabbing of Whistler is notting. Hasing the being of whistling of skill of hasing the front of blades. Easing the manacles of the not."
