You know, @Aeoryi, I could be wrong, or pointing out the obvious, but maybe ur feeling dysphoria. Maybe read the specific GDB dysphoria chapter, like Social Dysphoria and Societal Dysphoria, and see if it resonates with you? I mean I guess maybe it's obvious. Idk.

It might help to just if you relate to the stuff, you know? I related to some. I recommend reading it/some of it, but honestly try not to treat it like reading a textbook or research article or something boring if you catch my drift. Anyway that's enough chatter from Lily, cuz she's gonna watch a movie that you should totally watch too!!! (It's called Suzume) Also I keep dropping hints at ppl to watch these movies and no one seems to notice lol. Or they do and don't pay attention.

And I'm gonna start Suzume now, so yeah. They're all anime movies and I think they're considered really good, idk. If so, I agree.

Also, remember, the first thing you hear isn't always correct/the best, even if it sticks because you saw it first. Maybe it is correct, maybe it isn't, maybe the author meant something else than what you got out of it, etc.

You may be able to adjust your settings. Gimme a moment. What was said? By whom? What resources (websites, YouTube videos) have you used, if any? If you have used resources, what if someone had told you the same thing for the GDB that they told you for those resources?
