Yes...unfortunately. That's what RPs, forum games, and CGD are for I guess. Oh, don't worry, I'm well aware. (She only realized this after experiencing massive anxiety several times and...witholding information...and having it grow worse and worse until she talked to someone. As I said before, I've gotten...experience and gotten closer to some people as of late)

You don't need to; it's not like being online all the time is particularly healthy... Oddly specific, is that something you do? Uhm...sometimes. I also just obsess a lot and then get new anxieties and intrusive thoughts. But anyway, I don't rlly wanna possibly have a new anxiety to obsess over. So yeah. Yeah, don't worry.

I don't even know if I have OCD but I might. I could see myself obsessing over if I have OCD or not...but luckily not rn. And yes... I think the walk helped (I went on a walk and basically just talked to myself (rather than a therapist/gender specialist, which I may see in the future) about all this). Yeah... Idk how many of the previous posts you read, but I watched a YT video where this person basically described almost exactly what I've been feeling - with all the doubts and stuff - and said I needed to voice my thoughts. So I did. To myself.

ok...so i just watched a YT video about doubts and stuff and it was basically a perfect description of me. ughh...... but the person said that i gotta see a therapist or something..... or talk out loud about it... so maybe ill just talk to myself... but...i guess my fear is that as soon as I start talking ill just realize im not trans. which i guess would be... fine...as in i'd have an answer at least.

Are you asking for book recommendations then? Of those three? I've not read any of those, but I watched the Howl's Moving Castle film.
