      I like hadestown. never seen it, but knew the story. always liked the story.  there's a few things I'm not a huge fan of, but in general, it's good. solid music. it's not as good of a lesson in theme-writing as httyd

      That is one of my biggest pet peeves! do not, I repeat, DO NOT get mad at guys who go on dates with people that aren't you! THAT'S HOW DATING WORKS (until you have a talk about being exclusive), especially if he doesn't know you like him (or at least, you haven't told him. I assure you, we won't notice. we're ignorant. I missed it with some really obvious signs, and some less obvious ones that I would probably catch now. We also tend to second-guess ourselves, so if you think we know, so haven't told us, we probably don't. Even if we think so, it's nice to have confirmation).

    So I have a cousin in college right (actually a lot of them but I’m talking about just this one so shhhhh)

    A couple years ago she got two teeny little ducklings for Easter. Then realized how hard it was to raise ducks in a college dorm. So she gave them to us, and we had ducks. It was lovely.

    Well, she’s out of town right now. But she has a rabbit and a dog (the dog is with her) and found out that there was a surprise dorm inspection. 

    So basically, now I have a little rabbit hanging out with me as I try to build the motivation to do stats.

    Ok actually though I’m perfectly fine with my height. I’m not short, but most of my friends are tall and give the best hugs and you can just lean in and feel safe. It’s awesome.

    My mic worked for one line, then not at all for 3 full scenes.

    Frustrating night.

    I think I might be lactose intolerant, we’ve been experimenting and…ugh.

    I want to hold someone.

    Sorry for all the negativity. i’ll be ok. It isn’t all bad, and I finally have a crush on a guy who isn’t gay :P 

    I’ve got tomorrow and Wednesday off. Maybe I’ll write, maybe I’ll read. Maybe I’ll do something with friends, but probably I’ll just enjoy the time. Because I’m not lonely, I just like being on my own.

    Oh my chasms there was so scudding much everyone was in so many relationships half the characters were crushing on Eddie (but she was cool, magic, had blue hair, very steampunk, and just all around epic. So unfortunately not accurate to real life).

    It was kind of a stressful day. But I got a lot of studying done and I went and got a pedicure with my grandma bestie. (Then we went to Texas Roadhouse and I almost missed call time…shhh, the lead got there as we were calling places)

    (not his fault, he was at a ballroom comp all day and it was definitely super stressful for him)

    My mic broke right before one of my most important scenes but luckily we fixed it during intermission, and you could kind of hear me because I got super close to my scene partner and projected into his mic 😎 

    and…yeah! I’m hoping I can tidy up my room tomorrow and kind of just be a functional human before another crazy week.
