    Hello people. I don't actually belong here, as my sleep schedule is somewhat consistent. I consistently don't get enough sleep.

Every night at 9 PM, bad guys (you know, the ones from those movies who want to do evil things TM, just because ) come to kidnap you, drug you to make you fall asleep, and then forget to take you. So they come back and make you sleep every night. I wish for September to be already here.

      Yeah, I’m really really hoping it ends soon. They originally told me 2 1/2 weeks, but we’re most of the way into week 3 now, and I’m hearing it might go 3 1/2 or even 4. I’m praying it doesn’t, because I have stuff planned next week that I’ll be super bummed to miss, and school starts the week after that.

      But…I’m surviving. And I’ll keep surviving. Just one night at a time. I got pretty good sleep today.

    I just saw a reference in the wild (well not totally in the wild, the video was related but it's still really obscure and I don't think many watchers got it) so I'm sharing it here, just for fun.

    I feel like the end will feature one of those two options: -Adonalsium reunited, all Shards recombined by someone. This would nicely echo the end of the first and last Mistborn eras too -All Shards shattered, the power of Adonalsium forever dispersed, opening the way for a new era in the Cosmere. I'd spontaneously lean towards 2, but both would be good to me if done well. What I absolutely want, however, is a feeling of closure. I want to close the book and think " Yeah, this is how it should end for those characters." I don't mind whether Brandon spends 100 pages explaining the world after like LOTR, or is vague and open-ended like WoT (well, as long as some stuff is actually suggested), but I want the end to feel like the end. So basically : Brandon please dont mess it up. "Wow that's a really good Kaladin cosplay! Too bad your slave brand is upside down." "It's NOT... whatever."

    I (unsurprisingly) failed my finals, and have to retake last semester entirely. And yes, that's good news. Because I'm only retaking 2nd semester. Which means that after my internship ends in early September, I don't have anything until New Year's Day. Then, after I redo my semester, I won't have to do the internship again because I'm already doing it rn. So I'm free again from mid April to early September next year. Which means that finally, I'll have time for myself. Time to rest. Time to breathe. Time to work out everything that happened since 2.5 (arguably 4) years. Finally, I might have a chance to get out of this.
