  1. Bookwyrm was confused because Nameless kept narrating Blard with different names. A pile of money suddenly appeared in front of Mythos. The total worth of the money was precisely equal to how much money Mythos would have gotten if he had sold copies of the book to everyone in TLT.
  2. Blard had already had his agents read the book, and now a copy had been sent to everyone in the universe.
  3. 493. If a group of mysterious travelers with entirely different backgrounds comes into your small town and you hear them talking about stuff that sounds serious but makes no sense, you might want to get out of there. 494. If you're one of the aforementioned travelers, you might want to try to avoid ruining normal people's lives on accident. 495. The best weapons are ones that don't exist until you summon them, then dissipate when you dismiss them. (Shardblades aren't the only ones...) 496. The moons of the world you live on can give an important glimpse into its history. 497. If there's a place no one can get into, chances are someone can and will get into it. 498. The less interesting things that happen where you live, the more likely it is that you will get to have a peaceful life without disturbance. 499. Cooperate with people who ask you too many questions about things in your world that seem normal to you. They want information, and you'll be very helpful to them. (Some of these have probably been repeated.)
  4. It quickly went bankrupt due to Blard turning his publishing company into a publishing and popsicle selling company.
  5. Suddenly, the head of the publishing company that Mythos found revealed himself to be Blard the Universe Killer.
  6. Rym, who was eavesdropping on Hoid's story, asked for more details about Blard the universe killer.
  7. I would say that I am at a comfortable temperature. TPBM was going to do homework but then got distracted and wound up on this thread.
  8. This thread went in a new direction while I was gone. Very sneaky, Silhouette.....
  9. You could probably use Adhesion in construction, though not permanently. More like holding something in place while you wait for a more permanent solution. You could also use Gravitation in construction, making heavy materials lighter or having them just hover. Gravitation would come in handy in any kind of space travel or exploration. I bet we'll see more practical applications of these surges as Roshar gets into a more modern age...
  10. The first reason why it wasn't was because the universe currently didn't have a center. The second reason why it wasn't was because they didn't have a spaceship.
  11. Welcome to the Shard! (Don't worry, I lurked for quite a while before joining, too....)
  12. "Why not? You're a Narrator. You should have access to some. Or at least I thought you did..."
  13. "What's a Rond?" Rym asked, interrupting Nameless and Mythos.
  14. Rym stood in the aftermath of the battle, looking around. Something important was about to happen. He sheathed his new Mordite sword on his back, and got into a place where he could politely eavesdrop on the private conversation.
  15. Ah well. You'll still have a ton of fun. Tell us what you think when you finish! (Or even before then.)
  16. Rym was also curious about the prophecy. He was still quite confused about it. Bookwyrm remarked from wherever he was that TLT was entering another rare era where there was a coherent plot. We should try to combine the two story threads at one point. (Did I already say that?)
  17. Rym hoped Nameless would finish his sword soon so he could help. We should try to combine the two narratives at some point. It's kind of weird how we keep switching.
  18. Meanwhile, Rym snuck next to the base of one of the turrets and covertly disabled it.
  19. Rym handed his sword to Nameless, along with a piece of paper describing how he wanted it forged, then went to help Nin's apprentice.
