  1. I explode the underground cave with high water pressure and use the jet of water to launch me on a trajectory that lets me steal the sandwich and then fly off into the distance.
  2. Halcyon, why are you killing platypuses? Don't you know that now the little baby platypuses are without a parent to guide them in this crazy world?
  3. "Hm..." Bookwyrm thought for a moment. "We should probably keep moving, but keep an eye out for it, and let me know if anything starts happening again." @CalanoCorvus
  4. "I sensed it." Bookwyrm stopped. "How did you do it?"
  5. Bookwyrm turned back and looked at her. He raised an eyebrow. "What was that?"
  6. ...Well, I feel kind of silly now. Sorry, Ash... Hm...I need to do some thinking. *** By the Lord Ruler, Rylim thought. It was only a day into the situation, and chaos was already ensuing. Meetings with the other nobles of Tyrian Falls had done nothing but raise suspicion amongst the population, and the one person anyone actually did any investigating about turned out to be innocent. House Libran was in danger. With suspicion being flung every which way, Rylim had to tread carefully. Among the nobility alone, he had to watch his words and actions, lest the city be embroiled in a house war on top of everything else. Rylim didn't want to make himself a target to his bloodthirsty and power-hungry peers. He also had to watch out for the Skaa population. They were growing restless; they were aware of the situation and were protesting against it, conducting their own investigations and power struggles. If he didn't manage the ones under his jurisdiction, House Libran might find itself under a completely different threat. Rylim sighed and rubbed his temples before going back to his work, writing by candlelight at his desk. One wrong move, and things were over. ***
  7. By studying the tears, he was able to learn a great magic: Tearsmithing. He understood the magical properties of the tears and could use them to shape reality to his will. While his powers were limited due to the gluttony of Zyria, Kurucu continued to hone his unprecedented talent, preparing to fight against the evil that was slowly driving the end of the universe.
  8. This dragon was worshiped and feared across many worlds as the Zyria the Worldeater.
  9. Oh. I have made a misunderstanding. The candles fall over and start a horrible fire. I steal the sandwich in the chaos and destruction.
  10. What? You dare steal the usage of my Wyrmholes? I defeat the shadow with a flashlight and take the sandwich.
  11. They set up a colony on the shore of the largest continent and began their scientific expeditions: both into the natural environment of their new world, and into the state of its dimensional reality.
  12. Indeed, if they weren't careful... Suddenly, a rift in the fabric of the space around the planet appeared, and Butt Venture fell into the new universe.
  13. A small revolutionist organization had escaped on an interstellar ark before their philosophy obsessed brethren destroyed their homeworld.
  14. Between the two options, I think you're slightly more suspicious, Ash. Xino's vote was, at least according to them, for the sake of self preservation. Due to a gut feeling that I can't explain, they seem less suspicious than you do, especially how both you and Kas seemed to single me out after a few vote switches. (More than a few in Kas's case.) Kas seemed to settle on that, and you only switched for self preservation. There is, of course, a chance that I'm reading this completely wrong and that I'll pay for it in the next few days, but...for now, I think this is the safest bet. And what Xino just added above is also fair reasoning and accurate.
  15. ...I'm torn. I've somehow landed with two votes, which when considering Silhouette's vote change, puts me at a chance for death. Which I don't want to happen. Gah, this is difficult.... Kasimir Ashbringer I'm sorry, Ash...things got weird quickly, and this is most likely my best option. TUN (1): TUN Bookwyrm (2): Kas, Ash Ash (3): Cinnamon, Xino, Bookwyrm Xino (2): Conq, Mat Mat (1): Danex Silvereye (1): Stick
  16. ...Hm. I seem to be in some error. I don't have a very good feel for what and what not is suspicious, considering this is my first SE game. Now that I step back and look at the entire situation, it does make sense to switch around based on how the evidence moves. This is D1, though so it really is hard to tell for sure who is actually acting suspicious.... Well. I'm in a weird position. If nothing changes here, I get killed. Which I don't want to happen. I need to think about this carefully.... Wow, SE is weird. That's why it's fun, though.
  17. I open a Wyrmhole, jump through, grab the sandwich, then return to the dimension from whence I came.
  18. I hire a lumberjack to terrify you with his tree-chopping powers so I can steal the sandwich. The plan goes off without a hitch. I move to eat the sandwich.
  19. MackBurger Barn was sued by angry customers who said the name was misleading. They had come to eat burgers, but had instead found pineapples.
  20. Moot the caterpillar had a bad habit of eating pineapples.
  21. ...This still is TLT. Just in a different form.
  22. Bookwyrm remarked that for a brand new TLT, it seemed pretty much like the old one.
  23. So...because of the subtle convincings of @InfiniteInsanity, I am probably going to attempt NaNoWriMo.

I will probably fail, but I'll try it.

    I have two options:

First, a story about the cousin to the heir of a kingdom that dominates the southern supercontinent of an oceanic world. This young woman holds the blood of two very different cultures, is learning forbidden magic, and is sent on a quest into the northern seas in order to fulfill an ancient prophecy and stop an otherworldly threat. This is called Northern Seas, and while I have the rough outline for a plot, there's a lot I need to work out.

The second option is about a draconic creature I made up with InfiniteInsanity called a Ystrill. He lives alone on an isolated planet, though he watches over a secret clutch of eggs that will hatch when the time is right. The main story would involve this old Ystrill and three of the young ones who hatch earlier than they are supposed to, and the looming threat that is slowly advancing on their planet. The plot for this one is a lot more undeveloped than Northern Seas, so I'd probably just be making it as I go.

Both of these stories happen in my connected universe.

What do you think? Which one should I do? Any suggestions?

    3. Lego Mistborn

      Lego Mistborn

I'm doing NaNoWriMo due to the Un-subtle forcing upon me by a friend.

      I'm not a huge writer.

      Oh well, worth the try.

      Do Ystrill, seems really cool

    4. Thaidakar the Ghostblood
  24. You get distracted by a cool bird and I steal the sandwich, then teleport away.
