I only watch the occasional TV. I watched WoT, and I watched the marvel shows. Reading, and more often, writing, takes up most of my time that isn’t spent doing school stuff. also random fun note, there’s at least 7 dogs in my neighborhood that are all howling at each other right now, at 12:40 at night. Fun.

I once had a dream that I was looking for my water bottle (I had lost it in real life a few days ago), and my mother appeared as Santa and said I could check in her desk, which had deep shelves built into the inside of it. I was reaching inside them, trying to feel for my water bottle. When I woke up, my hand was trapped in the blinds. I also get killed a lot in my dreams. Ways that I’ve been killed that I can remember: Eaten by an alligator Eaten by a lion Shoved off a helicopter by my best friend and splatted to the ground shot by three different friends trampled by an elephant run over by a Star Wars speeder Knifed by my brother zombified by my family Killed by Aang Poisoned by a friend Killed by a giant scorpion’s stinger

My favorite MC in my book is a hopeless romantic when it comes to the sea. Ren lives on a coastal town, always within view of the sea, but forbidden to go out there. His father and his uncle both drowned when their ship sank during a storm. His mother is overprotective (and within her rights to be), and doesn’t allow Ren to join the navy, or become a sailor, or anything that would put him at the same risk. He sneaks out of the house to hang around the docks, listening to sailors chat about life on the sea. The tales of ship to ship combat and pirates excite Ren, and he waits till he’s old enough to enlist in the navy, then sneaks out of the house on his 18th birthday. Its both more exciting and more monotonous than he had thought. His first week aboard a military vessel he’s set to mopping floors, the next day their ship’s being attacked and shells are exploding near him with people dying around him at times. Fun!
