Nohadon doesn't have to be the vessel -- Reason could be using Nohadon's image to get to Dalinar, since they know he's someone Dalinar trusts.

- I think Lirin would be too closed off due to his grief about Kaladin to bond with him, at least at first. - Szeth's wife becomes an Elsecaller, in league with Jasnah ("head of our order"), so it's likely they're at Urithiru with her. As for how they got there - Nohadon-style, I suppose.

- Yanagawn gets really good at Towers - A Bride Four-based religion (maybe an offshoot of Vorinism) starts, with dead and missing Bridge Four members (Kal, Rock, Teft, Leyten, and Sigzil, plus maybe Dunny) being deified by the time Book 6 rolls around. - Szeth and Hesina bond, and Szeth and his wife help raise Oroden

I think in her mind, she's going to play both sides until she can decide what gets her more personal gain. This might change if she gets Kaladin Therapy(tm) though.

I've always felt like Jasnah has internalized the way people talk about her. She's the one who's always right; always logical; she never makes mistakes, etc. But she is fallible and some of her actions are highly questionable, especially the alley murder thing. She puts way too much stock into "pure logic," almost to the point of murdering Renarin in cold blood. I think this scene works really well to set up an arc for her in the back half where she confronts the holes in her philosophy, and maybe realizes that it's okay to put youself/your family/your nation first.

- All the Oathgates are actually still intact -- the Akinah one was shown to still be functioning in Dawnshard. I don't think we've had confirmation that Oathgates are able to be destroyed, though I don't remember if we've had confirmation that they can't, either. - Remember, the Oathgates don't just transfer things/people from Shadesmar to the Physical Realm or vice-versa - they swap everything in the Physical Realm (either the control building or the platform) with everything in that same area in Shadesmar. Traps like this are cool, but they would just end up with a bunch of rock and spikes transferring to the other side. Any other usage of spikes would likely have the same issues as the oil. - This is a cool idea, but it would probably be hard to execute, and take a whole lot of Stormlight, for a result that doesn't entirely remove the problem.

I like Virtuosity, Cultivation, Endowment, Invention for Change and Honor, Preservation, Autonomy, Mercy for Exist. Ambition, Ruin, Whimsy, and Valor all have a sense of movement to them, but not change.

Broadly, I think we're going to see a lot of the Mistborn Era 2 kinda thing, where the MCs from the last part of the series are mythological figures. It's already happening with Bridge Four (I'd be surprised if Moash hasn't already taken on some of the associations you're talking about) and I think Dalinar is going to get some of that treatment too. Szeth as "the Knight of Truth" is also cool.

What if there's a Nightwatcher Bondsmith that ends up being a champion of the Night, or something similar? It's gotta be a major PoV character, but not one with flashbacks, so maybe Gavinor? That means all three Bondsmiths end up being Kholins, though, which I'm not sure I like. Shallan might get a chance to develop her Old Magic stuff more. She got some closure with Chana at the end of WaT, but it might be cool to see them get to a point where they can team up. I'm pretty sure Renarin and Rlain can run on Warlight. Some Unmade might join the fight against Retribution -- probably Mishram and Sja-Anat, but I wouldn't be surprised if we see some others, even the less-sapient ones, switch sides too.

Brandon's clearly setting up a lot of nuance with Shard boundaries, with Honor's Intent bending stuff. I would be surprised if there wasn't some breakdown of our assumptions about the Shards and how they work in Era 4.

Even before the whole time dilation reveal, I was excited to see what role Gav would play in the back half. I always imagined him in some kind of leadership position at Urithiru, but that seems unlikely now. I could totally see him repressing his guilt over the timeskip, then getting some therapy from Lift when the rest of Radiant society rejects him for serving Retribution. I'm interested to see how Spiritual Realm Kharbranth plays out, and if that's the start of Taravangian pushing away the fact that his philosophy is kinda crem. Yanagawn, Azir, and the Unoathed are going to be major players, which I'm excited for. The Vorin countries have gotten their fair share of spotlight; I think Azish culture deserves a good amount of time there too, especially when there's not a siege going on. Since the back half is now basically concurrent with Mistborn Era 3, there's definitely going to be some stuff happening there. I haven't been keeping up with WoBs so I don't know if Brandon's said anything about that, but it's exciting!

I didn't really think about Kelsier... he pushes a lot of buttons for me. That's probably kinda problematic.
