    As a long time piano player, I really don't think that I need to be in a required music class learning about note names and the piano keyboard. Hence, I am on the shard!

      The only required classes I have are boring classes...

      'cept English, which can be fun, depending on the teacher.

      I go to a charter school. We don't get electives, it just alternates each trimester. Last trimester I had PE/Health (they're one class), next trimester I'll have art. There are benefits, but this is definitely one of the drawbacks.

    Ah, that's right. I was thinking about the line in the wrong way. Of course, I did watch the movie at 2 in the morning, so I may have just misremembered.

    I just watched this over the break and am loving it. The music was really good, and I loved the plotline. My favorite character was Isabela (after we found out the truth) because I thought that her story arc was interesting and I liked that there were easter eggs for it all through the movie. Like in "We don't talk about Bruno", her part is about how he told her that everything would be perfect. That doesn't seem that bad until you realize that she doesn't want to be perfect! My favorite song was "What Else Can I Do" because I loved the character development and plotlines that both stemmed from the song. I also identify with the song a bit, I am a perfectionist and often expect myself to be more perfect than I can be. The freedom that came with the song was probably my favorite part.

    Granted, but there are so many books that you are buried in an avalanche of them and are in danger of being crushed I wish to be able to write like Brandon Sanderson

    Or when you finish an entire trilogy the day after Christmas because you didn't have time to read on Christmas day. (no this totally didn't happen to me and no my arms are not cramping from holding books for hours)

    Agreed. Also Six of Crows and King of Scars by Leigh Bardugo Ender's Game. Ender's Shadow and the rest of the Shadow series is also really good. Both are by Orson Scott Card BTW, the Lunar Chronicles are by Marissa Meyer, not Stephanie Meyer; Stephanie Meyer is her sister . That series is one of my favorites!
