  1. They disapear and "transform" into your clothes.
  2. No. Nothing about what he is wearing.
  3. So why Aesudan is talking that he found Ancient Spren? To found something you have to search actively for. He was also interested in Braize. Why he transported his box there? It could be Ashyn as well. Heck, Ashyn will be better - is inhabitated, accesable from Shadesmar, you can send team on other side and check what happens, is something go wrong. If he is cosmere-aware, he would know that there are still men there .But he chooses Braize. He knows where Nightwatcher is, so he didnt need to find her. He knows where Stormfather is, so he didnt need to find him. He even starts to bond him, so Aesudan words about Ancient Spren are not about Stormfather. Also, godspren never are described as "Ancient Spren" (they are ancient, of course, but they are never described by this phrase). Also, Gavilar didnt figured out how to bond Ancient Spren doesnt mean he himself wants to bond it - maybe he wants bond it to someone else. Trade is on every Shardworld besides Taldain. If travel to and from Roshar is as common, why we didnt see any Rosharan worldhopper? We know about Nalthians (Scholars+Vivienna+Nightblood), Scadrians (Yiatil, Demoux, Felt and misterius kandra), Taldainians (Khriss, Baon), even Threnodians (Nazh) and Selish (Galladon, Riino - is in CR, but still its Rosharan CR) plus Mraize (we dont know from). No Rosharans. Also, Horneater Peaks are in Vedenar, this is still foreign country. Also, other thing to go trade with Horneaters, and other to try swim i their oceans. This is not something what Horneaters allow strangers to do, if I remember correctly.
  4. So why he didnt do that, if it is so easy? And how you know that he knows how to get into Shadesmar? He knows how to teleport stuff on Braize, but, as we saw in Oathgates case, that teleporting device can be restrictet, if you want to use it to get into Shadesmar. His device may not allow him to travel into Shadesmar (too small?), and his other possibilities are: - Perpendicularity - on Horneaters Peaks. Far away and Horneaters arent friendly. - Oathgate- locked. - Battar's or Kalak's Honorblade. In Shinovar. Even less available than Perpendicularity. - Elsecaller or WIllshaper. Horay, he has Elsecaller nearby, and she is his dauther! So, maybe he is aware of Jasnah's powers and this is why he wants to forced her to marry Amaram?
  5. Hessi's Mythica isnt popular and is questioned by many scholars. We know it is true, but on Roshar their Scholars dont. Also, Nergaoul and Moelach are present mostly in Cognitive Realm, as well as Ashertmarn or Sia-Anat.You can see their influence, but you canot "find" them, because they are not in Physical Realm. Re-Sephir was present in Physical Realm, but we know exactly where, so she is out. This leaves us Yelig-Nar - he may be the easiest to pull into PR, maybe because of his small size? Also, is another ancient entity what normaly have shape of spren. Sphere may contain Thunderclast.
  6. Yeah, but size of Unmade seems to reflect how wide is his influence. Yelig-Nar can influence one person, Nergaoul can influence entire army. Even Armies. Moelach seems to have wide area of influence, but Sia-Anat isnt much larger than human and mostly can change only spren who is close to her - but her influence is permanent. According to that, Ba-Ado-Mishram should be massive, because he was able to influence whole race!
  7. Mink will fight. He will fight against Fused and Odium, he will fighti against Alethi, Veden, and everyone else, unless enemy - ANY enemy - will run away from Herdaz as far as possible. Even if he is now himself far away, as refugee, he will join fight against enemy who is occupying his Motherland.
  8. Probably... it can. If noone would swallow Gem after he entered it, Yelig-Nar would be trapped in it.
  9. Hmmm.... I still think that this is Kaladins own ability, not him being Windrunner. When Teft saw him doing Kata, he said that never saw Kata like this in his life (and he is quite old soldier). When Kal was fighting Parshendi on the Tower he also was able to dodge more. Also, Kaladin hes ones glimps of Shadesmar, when he was practising Lashings - and this is not Windrunner ability. He also was able to "ride Storms" in his dreams. So its possible that "Stormblessed" is not only title, but maybe indeed Kal is closer to Spiritual Realm than normal human is?
  10. Witch one? He was boosted by Stormlight. Period. Every other skill he brings to the table, was his own. Kaladin is many times described as the best spearman in army. And this was even far before he starts bonding Syl, in Amarams army. Also, Stormlight is boosting strengh. Shallan was able to lift Kaladin in the chasms with one hand. Szeth was able to hit Adolin and send him few meters (he didnt Lash him). About Dalinar you know (but this was also his Surge, Tension, even with "normal" Stormlight boost he wouldnt be able to lift that heavy stone).
  11. Every time in books when Spren is describing power of Odium, is described as "wrong", even by Glys who is partialy voidish. Never "Familiar". This can be Cultivationlight (Growlight?), considering that Urithiru is basicly above The Valey. Cmon, green lights will look strange ;-) Also, this sphere is similar to Nightblood in one more thing - causes feel bad, if someone looks long enough. My first impresion was that this is not "pure" Investiture, but more with shifted Intent - like someone change it to Ruin. Like it was in Nightblood case too. We know that Ruin deasnt care where destruction happens, also has probably only Cosmere magic without Connection. So after all, this is what Gavilar wants. Also, when someone is bonded to Yelig-Nar.
  12. Not so sure. Wax also is very expirenced in "survival" - he lived very long in Roughs, mostly under constant threat. Weve even seen how hard to ambush he is. He also is Steel Savant, so even the smallest amoun of metal will warn him.
  13. Hide in cave deep under Urithiru encasted in large block of Aluminum. I mean, very large. Like 10x10x10 meters. Or incast in something and Lash into space. This will probably take like 1300 Lashings, but should be possible. Someone is making synthethic gemstones? Scadrial probably isnt able to do this now, not diamonds (corundum they should be able to make). Taldain maybe?
  14. No, he was able to use Stormlight before he was hang out in Storm, also uncosciously right after that, but he was told about oaths after that by Teft.
  15. Every first fight Wax would win, if Kel doesnt have atium. Even without guns and aluminum/mistbuster amunition he will be superior in any Coinshot fight - has more expirience, is able to Push more precisly (he was able to push just a primer of bullet) and more important - can control his weight. We know that Kel was most experienced in using Steel and Iron, he wasnt very good in rioting/soothing, also Wax is very stable and very self-aware (at this point). Kel probably will be sure that his Iron + Steel + Pewter can overcome one Coinshot, but as Crasher Wax can Push harder and fly faster, being also more efficient. Kel never encounter Twinborn before, he dont even know this is possible. Also, in open fight Wax will never allow Kel to close enough for meele, and this is when Atium is most usefull, coinshot duel can be long, and Atium is burning fast - so assuming that Wax will be able to dodge him long enough for Kel to burn out his Atium. After that (of course, he dont know when this happens) he can even risk meele fight - his ability to change weight can be very usefull, he is faster being lighter or he can hit harder and is more resistant (undirectly, because he is more stable so more of force of hit is redirected into attacker via reaction - of course, we are only talking about fists/blunt weapons) being heavier. Also, I dont think Kel will be able to run from Wax. As I mentioned, Wax is faster in the air.
  16. Adolin is Kandra! And has allomantic powers. So he is Harmony agent - will be in perfect place!
  17. But why it glows as Voidlight? Sibling, Herald... they have Connection to Honor, so they would glow as Stormlight. Dont know why, but my first thought was that this is Ruins Investiture, not Odiums. But is very possible that this is Fused. Or, maybe some theory is correct and this contained BAM bonded with Sibling/part of Sibling (while Cusicesh is other part)? Also, they should placed Kings Drop in room on lower level of Urithiru and soulcast air in whole room into Aluminum - something like 10ft or more in every direction. Also, in Kholinar Palace, when they came for Aesudan, Kaladin saw food what should rot and surounded by rotspren, but was fine. Also, how long Elhokar didnt see his son? Gavinor is described as being two or three during Siege of Kholinar - now he is five, and Siege was more than year ago - so he was older. This canot be genetics (every family member is portly - we canot look only on parrents), this can be Ashertmarn influence.
  18. About guns on Roshar, they dont have anything what we can call "Chemistry" or even "Alchemy". Of course, there are pharmacists, and they probably try to invent new medicines (what can be very fruitfull, example from our world - Ignacy Łukasiewicz, practicly father of all oil industry), but this is practicly only one sience what seems to not be focus of Rosharan scholars. I mean, weve seen and hear about Artifabrian, Architects, Linguists, Biologists, we know that there have to be also few metalurgists... We never hear about Chemists. Also, main goal of Alchemy was Philosopher Stone - and on Roshar they basicly have it, mean, Soulcasters.
  19. But this threat is about current moment, i.e. Second Era. We still know too little. We dont know what happens on Sel now, remember, Elantris is few hundreds years ago. We dont know how much they advance. Also, we dont know practicly anything about Threnody, we know they have some technological advancement, but anything more. But yes, Roshar seems to be not very advanced. Something like Age of Discovery maybe. With some twists, of course.
  20. Yolen is very old planet, and is probably from (in Cosmere) humans are. This is also place where Shattering happens, and original Shard Vessels are from Yolen (Mean Ati, Leras, Edgli e.t.c.). More about Yolen is on Coppermind.
  21. Why do you think that Parshendi always go back to town? Is very plausible that they simply have bases od operations closer to human camps. This is their Terrain.
  22. We dont know (noone asks Brandon, or I didnt fuond it), but i think this is the same reason why mists were push out from hemalurgicly spiked person - they were Connected to opposite powers.
  23. But Dalinar contacted them indirectly, throu unspecified Thaylen merchant.
  24. Definitly flamespren for Dustbringers and Ashspren, everything here is about fire. I also think lifespren for Truthwatchers, they seems to be the closest to Cultivation and are much more conected to "growing" things. But this leaves us Edgedancers. Maybe Joyspren? Or, little unintuitivly, painspren? For Willshapers Passionspren are good fit, I guess.
  25. Riino the Lighthousekeeper, when he saw Kaladin is Invested, asked him first about Hightening - this mean this is probably the most common Investiture in Cognitive Realm, so this mean travelers from Nalthis probably arent that rare like, for example, from Northen Scadrial.
