  1. People still tent to forget, how really few Jedi were in the Galaxy. Even in theirs best, 10k Knights is like nothing - like 1 Jedi per sector. Considering Jedi often work in pairs, and also have to have officials to care of Organization, is clear that in Outer Rim, Mid Rim, Hutt Space and practicly everywhere outside Core Worlds and few important for Jedi planets Jedi are practicly unknown, and treated more like a myth. They only travel to prevent larger Conflicts (like occupation of Naboo or, nomen omen, Mandalorian Civil War). Also, Jedi were generals during Clone Wars, but this is also misleading. Most of Clone Wars were more or less local conflicts, and Jedi and GAR were only spearhead of forces, directed only to most important fronts. Inhabitants of most affected by war worlds only seas Jedi as few letters in HoloNet news. And Din Djarin most likely was grown outside Mandalorian Space - Mandalore was neutral during Clone Wars and no Separatists Forces were present. Also, Deathwatch was outlaws this time.
  2. How I missed this thread? Im Star Wars fan for many years (and this is why I ddidnt watch Rise of Skywalker, it was just insulting). Anyway, today was premiere of Second Season of Mandalorian. Who watched? What do you think?
  3. Technicaly, Nahel Bond is more than just Connection. Radiant and Spren are meldet into one Spiritual Entity. Cracs in Radiants Spiritweb are filled by Sprens own Investiture, Spren gaiin Inteligence in Physical realm, Radiant gain powers. But if Radiant break the Bond, he literaly ripps off part of Spren. So now, to be heald, Spren need to regain this part from somewhere else (because his Radiant is dead and he cannot take his "original" part). Connection is needet, but this is more, but Spren are made from Investiture, so they need Investiture to be healed - maybe Maya needs Adolins Innate Investiture? we know manipulation of Innate Investiture is possible (Nicrosil metalminds) so maybe this is way to go? Set of powers depends on type of Spren, not state. So this will be Adhesion and Regrowth, no matter what. Distribution... if im correct and Renarin has his powers because Glys is damaged, that mean Adolin will gain propper powers, if Maya will be healed properly, if not, his powers could be somewhat uncorrect.
  4. @StormwalkerIts very plausible theory! I like IT. But, i think we can upgrade IT. I think Dai-Gonarthis is brain bug. I have theory that he is able to mental manipulation and causes long-burning conflicts - so this will make him Cognitive brain bug. Spiritual - BAM Cognitive - Dai-Gonarthis Physical - Re-Sephir. So, this mean Chemoarish will be Physical corrupter - what make sense. She is Dustmother, Mother-of-dust. Is possibile that she is most Physical Unmade, with ability to literaly decay things? Ashertmarn seems to have some temporal abilities, maybe she Has them too?
  5. IDK, because there is computer game with this name so this can resolve with some legal issues (very good game btw, its going to have sequel). Maybe Brandon wasnt going to name books like this (Oathbringer was first Stones Unhallowed) but this is very Brandon thing to do, give book comunity-made title. So KoW make sence. Kingdoms of WIll.
  6. Hoid is much more Invested and he ia able to Bond spren. Second thing can be more influencial, but maybe is possible to cancel Connection with Odium. Cognitive Shadow dont need to be constantly Connected to Shard to exist, he feeds on any Investiture. Conection to Odium is needet for two things - reincarnation and Surges. With Honorspren, Leshwi will have Surges, Highstorm will feed her. She will lose immortality, but really wants she be immortal? EDIT: Also, Nale bonds Highspren, and he is storming Herald.
  7. Old Polich Covers were very not-fitting, but now, New covers are much better. BTW, Warbreaker has the same colors as Stormlight Archive.
  8. In this time is no Voidlight on Roshar, so Eshonai couldnt know how it feels. She sees sphere with "wrong" light, so she thinks this is just Voidlight (probably she knows about it thanks to Songs), not something more.
  9. Dont think so. We know that death of Radiant not affect Sprenvery much, if Radiant kept his Oaths to the end. Moash is driven by vengence, and this is not what Honorspren are OK with. But maybe in fact something is in the air, and is one person, who indeed will be in Urithiru soon, and has very good sense of honor. Leshwi
  10. Honor's Vessel is dead. But Honor's Investiture still exist. Is shattered to pieces, but this is power and cannot be practicly destroyed, but can be dispersed. Also, Honorblades dont draw Investiture to exist. They ARE Investiture - Honor's God Metal. And they allow user to use Surges, but he needs to have his own power supply - gems with Stormlight, or, if he is Herald, direct Connection to Honor.
  11. Also no. Honor made Heralds as Cognitive Shadows (something like made from Investiture copy of soul/mind of living person), and they were Connected directly to him, and also make splinters of himself, and condenset them as Honorblades. Heralds dont need their blades to be Heralds. Oathpact was made BY Heralds (Ishar, more specificly) to somehow bond Odium.
  12. You dont wanna see Polish first edition covers
  13. Probably I pasted something wrong, because i want link it in my earlier post. We know that Investiture can be converted one into other. But Odium dont want to invest AT ALL. He has to, because of Oathpact, but he try to avoid it. He wants to go out and kill other Shards, and every next piece of Investiture he Invest into Roshar will bond him more and more.
  14. We dont know this, but is some hint they may have: Drawer 30-20: A particularly small emerald (Truthwatcher) CH 85 This is from gemstone archives. Also, seing future is not only Odiums power, every Shard can do it, in fact, we know that Cultivation is VERY good at it. Also, we saw Shallan few times drawing near future, and she dont have Voidish powers. I even have theory about it. @Aspiring Writer
  15. I think Odium is not realy "taking" pain. Only real forgivness can do this, and this concept is as far from his Intent as can be. Odium can only "bury" pain under hatred, redirect it to passion. Similar to Star Wars Sith technique, when they fuel hatered with pain. But, unlike Sith, Odium realy gives short-therm pain reduction, soothing emotions.
  16. Ok, i was too general. Voidspren are of Odium, of course. But I think we are talking about Radiant Spren, and they are all of Honor and Cultivation. Lesser, "natural" mindless spren also. BTW, Spren can be used as general term to describe living Investiture. In this sense, Seons are Spren of Devotion, Skaze are spren of Dominion, and Nightblood is artificial spren od Endovment with part od Ruin.
  17. All spren are of Honor and Cultivation, but with various ratio. Some have larger part of Honors (Honorspren or Highspren) some larger part of Cultivation (Cultivationspren) but all of them have parts from both. Also, spren arent one-minded. Remember, Honorspren try to conquer Shadesmar once.
  18. Problem is, Sibling withdrew before Radiants with Melishi go to take out Ba-Ado-Mishram.
  19. Taln... No. He is too stubborn. If someone was able to withstand tortures 4,500 years and didnt break, he will not be traitor. Most probably, he has mind so crushed that he only remembers his Intent. But im sold to theory, that indeed one of the Heralds will be Odiums Champion. Ishar, more specifically.
  20. I mean, all of them have clear mission on this particular planet, so they need to be here no matter how hard it will be (of course, we know about caravans) Of course im stretching,
  21. It is. Its Spiritual Realm ;-) Everything, no matter in CR or PR, have Ideal of itself, Basicly soul. So, yes.
  22. Thanks! But this is still only one Worldhopper, when we have few even from Threnody and Sel, places with much harder access to Cognitive Realm. Even crazy, stil is our only relatively extensive source about events. Unless we get Gavilar's PoV, mean last book prologue, we have to work on what we have. And I find interesting that Gavilar is so interested with Braize, Fused, Unmade and Voidlight. Also, posessed by Ashertmarn guards are technicly, from certain point of view, bonded to spren, so... ;-) They are not "happen to be" on Roshar. They all are here on purpose (ok, maybe Felt just lives here, with his wife)
